Who said it was construction failure? Maybe dumping thousands of gallons of hydrogen peroxide into the pool to get rid of the algae was a stupid ******* idea. Or maybe driving Trumps motorcade over it was a stupid ******* idea.
It makes sense to you that they have surveillance of people momentarily dipping their hands into the pool, but not of someone taking the time to cut a 250 foot section of what Trump called an indestructible liner?
