I did and I like it. It's basically what I do, sticking pretty much to the Mediterranean diet. The main thing is stay away from processed foods and sugar. The hardest thing for me is no pizza and Italian subs. I limit it though.You guys see the new food pyramid? Red meat and fats are now the foods you should eat and I couldn’t agree more. Look at the folks on carnivore. Fit, healthy and disease free. Maybe I should try it. I eat plenty of red meat (grilled ribeyes last night after the gym). I also just eat too much crap.

I lost 40lbs on carnivore. I went off it for a little bit and gained 10lbs. I went right back on it.
