Here's the problem, if you ignore these morons that feel the need to put their hands where they don't belong, you give credence for others to do the same.
Maybe if this country actually starts prosecuting people for bad behavior, others would get the message.

That's a fair assessment, but that is not what this administration is doing. If they want to change people for touching the water or grabbing loose pieces of debris then that is fine, but the charges have to be fair.
