There was great upset here at SN many years ago about this, but almost never in the MSM. Since the 2008/9 debt crisis (called mortgage crisis to make the government's seem less guilty), the entire world is more awash in debt as money has been literally printed out of thin air.......the reckoning, when it happens, will be severe.

That is an extremely important question with no clear answers at this point. Here are the problems:

• Parts of America that would want to align are in fact connected to each other (most of the South vs. the Northeast for example, Idaho, Wyoming, the Dakotas vs. the left coast), but what about New Mexico? Arizona is still a free state believe it or not. And what about the ultimate purple states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin? VAST amounts of territory in those three states are 100% freedom-loving. The urban areas can **** right off, but how is that done?
• Also, what about the vast amounts of Federal land in the free states? Do the free states buy back the land, order the Feds to hit the bricks, leave the area under Moron Control and permit free access? You know the imbecile Feds would **** it up intentionally to try and gain some bogus reason to take over more land.
• What is the relationship between the free states and the commie imbecile states? Is free travel permitted? Obviously not as the commie loons would empty their jails and insane asylums (i.e., legislatures) into the free states.

More questions than answers right now. But what we are doing is so obviously not working that just blundering ahead blindly is an idiot's game, a fool's errand, a Kamalaesqe comedy, Walzing into the flames.

Make Louisville/Indy the island of less insanity in a new state that gets souther Illinois, Indiana and most of Michigan making Detroit and Chicago islands of crime unto themselves........I have a bit of British blood in me, so it is my god-given right to make lines on a map that make absolutely no fuucking sense and lead to war a couple generations later....

I don't think West Virginia wants Pittsburgh. The real problem with America and the problem with any re-alignment is the filth, corruption, bloated budgets, crime, and stupidity of urban areas. Nobody wants those areas. They are like an unemployed 350 lb. 30-year old stepson who sits in the basement all day eating Hot Pockets and playing video games.
