What we don’t know is if there is state sponsored fraud which is what Trump is alleging. That’s why discovery in regards to the states Trump is accusing of state sponsored fraud is so important. • Claims the data involve privacy issues (voter addresses, driver's license numbers) preventing disclosure.
• Claims the discovery demands are overbroad and thereby exceed permissible intrusion into privacy.

When you hear these objections, keep in mind these are the same prosecutors who pressured Apple to turn over call histories and cell phone location data without the required notice to the person being investigated, and invade the attorney-client privilege on the flimsiest of bases.
