Yeah, what’s the hurry? It’s like the sooner you drop the ball, the cooler you are… until you make an *** of yourself. It's crazy that I see this multiple times per year in college and the NFL, a player drops the ball just as they cross the goal. It may have been Texas A&M that did it last week but got away with it when replay showed the ball barely crossed the goal.

If the expectation is to discern the difference between a shin being down vs. a knee being down, then we have become way too dependent on replay and are micro-managing officiating. Now with Wilson, they are saying that the foot and shin of the same leg count. I would understand if it was the knee. They always say that 1 knee = 2 feet so that makes sense. The elbow would make sense too. But the shin? That feels like the same thing as tapping the same foot twice. Stupid that one counts and the other doesn't.
I remember him doing it as a rookie, I don’t remember him doing it a second time.Id say that kid may never drop another football ever... But remember that Plax spiked a live ball as a rookie then did the same thing a couple years later
Few do, because the Steelers went to the league after the first time and argued that intentionally spiking the ball should be covered under the " giving oneself up" rule.. he wasnt trying to advance the ball anymore.. and tge league agreed...I remember him doing it as a rookie, I don’t remember him doing it a second time.
I am not sure if there is wording for a "football move" or not. I think someone should catch a pass hop 5yrds downfield and see what happensBasically the rules are:
Two feet (but not 1 foot twice)
1 of any other body part except hands...
So i guess grabbing a ball on the 1 while on one leg and hopping 99 yards into the end zone then dropping the ball would not be a TD, just an incomplete pass ... but if a player leaps for a ball at the sideline, faceplants inbounds but the rest of his body lies out of bounds, it is a catch
Stupid NFL logic
Yea…..I barely noticed…….those little trick and treaters were keeping me busy handing out the treats. Great costumes this year!he was on the field a lot
just not many targets
I was wondering how he would do as the top target for StroudLast night, Tank Dell was their #1wr, make no mistake.
