That's certainly something to be careful with being so early in the year. Maybe keep off the sled pushing..lol

I've had them before with a partially torn achilles,no surgery. Took me a year to get it right 100%.

I think you mentioned the strength and conditioning coach being replaced somewhere . Per the one site that shall not be linked that is who they pointed the finger at for the sled occurrence. So you definitely hit on that. Hopefully the guy doesn’t have any other bright ideas in the future.
