Trump - Make America Great Again!

.To me it depends on where the taxes are raised from though. If Bernie wants to tax the multi-billionaires more I dont really care. If you have 15 cars, 10 houses, and 3 planes im sure the extra money in taxes wont hurt.

It matters to me, because I understand economics. It doesn't matter how much you have, you spend it somewhere, somehow and it helps us little folks. Someone has to build and maintain those cars, houses and automobiles and it ain't the multimillionaires.

You could "pay" for a great deal of the security along a wall by bringing home all of our troops in most foreign places and putting them, oh, I don't know ON OUR OWN FUCLING BORDER.

Cruz came to Mississippi, there was nobody there, he left the state. I had a rally in Madison, MS with 10,000!
Thank you!

If you have 15 cars, 10 houses, and 3 planes im sure the extra money in taxes wont hurt. Also alot of those people are probably circumventing or using tax loopholes to pay less taxes than people who make way way less $$.. Trump / Rubio / Cruz all want to abolish / severely cut the IRS with a simpler tax code.

This is the whole problem with this country in a nutshell. You don't care if rich people are taxed because they can afford it. In fact, they don't deserve to keep what they earn, they need to be punished for their wealth. You don't care if this means bigger government, more government control of industry, and less money spent into the economy....you don't care if money spent by the government often doesn't really help people. You just want to stick it to rich people. You also have fallen prey to the ridiculous myth that rich people pay less in taxes. The top 10% of wage earners in this country pay 68% of income taxes. The bottom 50% pay 3%. And that's just their own income taxes...the wealthy pay billions more in payroll taxes for the people they hire. They pay a **** ton more in property taxes. They pay a **** ton more in sales taxes. They pay pay pay...but it's never enough. But who cares, right? Because they can afford it. So therefore it is the government's to take.

Trump wasn't clearly going to win after Super Tuesday...Cruz while behind, is not out of the race by any means....

He was if the RNC started to help him instead of hurt him.

And the polling was GREAT for Trump. Everything the RNC has been hoping for as a "modern party" was happening. Turnout was 25% more than in 2008 for Romney (solely because of Trump). He was winning across almost every demographic (which NEVER happens in Republican primaries): women, minorities, evangelicals, secular, rich, poor, young, old.

Trump was polling TERRIFIC in the battle ground states come November: Colorado, Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Nevada.

If you take away the face/name and you show an RNC bigwig Trump's polling numbers in early March and you named him Mr. X, the RNC guy would cream his pants. The numbers were THAT good.

But because he wasn't tied to their money leash, he had to go. And now the RNC has pinned it's hopes on an unelectable Ted Cruz, who only seems to poll well in one demographic: evangelicals (barely) and hard-core right wingers.

Good luck with that come November.

It's unfair to lump the 3rd through 10th percentiles in with the top 2%. The 1% make in a month what the 10th% make in a year. One is filthy rich, the other is upper-middle class.

I keep hearing this, as if Trump is the popular favorite and it's the "establishment" who doesn't want him. I'm sorry, this is just bullshit Trump talking points. Trump loses in head to head polls against Cruz and Rubio among Republicans. He has always, and continues to have, the highest negative favorability rating of any candidate on either side. The country doesn't want Trump, most Republicans don't want Trump...the party has screwed itself by having everyone else battle it out against each other instead of uniting against Trump. He has reached the limits of his support. If he is nominated, Hillary wins. Blame it on "the establishment" all you want but it's just that simple.

We have a government that already spends almost 35% of GDP. How much more do we have to give it? 50%? 75%?

Trump Crushing GOP Field – Beating Hillary Clinton in New Florida Poll

Leading Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has a commanding lead over his GOP rivals in a new Florida Decides poll.

Trump has 42% support of who those are likely to or have already voted early in person or by absentee ballot for the Sunshine state’s March 15 presidential primary.

Florida native Marco Rubio trails with 22% followed by Ted Cruz with 17%, John Kascih with 10%, and ‘other’ at 3%.

A further indicator of trouble for Rubio in the poll is the ‘undecided’ vote is only 5%.

Trump is also the only candidate of the top three Republicans to beat leading Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, 45% to 44%. However, all three head-to-head results were within the poll’s 2.3% margin of error.

Clinton is routing Bernie Sanders in the Democratic presidential primary in Florida according to the poll, 61% to 30%.

Trump’s lead among GOP voters is commanding across all demographic groups in the poll. He has between 40% and 44% support among men and women and all age groups.

Trump also dominates across the board in education and income groups: High school 52%, some college 41%, 4 year college 41%; less than $40K 48%, $40K to $80K 44% and over $80K 39%.

I think that is true of any republican. I know one thing, I am not voting for any republican, Trump included. They sold us a bunch of lies to gain the house and senate and did nothing with it. In fact, they basically gave us the finger. Now, they are openly plotting to steal the nomination should Trump get it. Criminals, the lot of them. I will never vote for another republican. ever.

I don't think nominating a candidate who almost 2/3 of Republicans don't want is a great outcome either. They need to get Cruz or Rubio, preferably Rubio, to drop out of this race right now. Head to head Trump loses to either one of them.

If Trump wins the nomination I am out of this party that has picked three losers in a row.

I didnt say anything about Sanders....To me it depends on where the taxes are raised from though. If Bernie wants to tax the multi-billionaires more I dont really care. If you have 15 cars, 10 houses, and 3 planes im sure the extra money in taxes wont hurt. Also alot of those people are probably circumventing or using tax loopholes to pay less taxes than people who make way way less $$.. Trump / Rubio / Cruz all want to abolish / severely cut the IRS with a simpler tax code. How will this effect taxes overall for the country? It is hard to say and hotly debated.

Again its not just the money with Trump its the HOW. Are you going to go door to door and round people up? Then what do you do with them? You have families of 5,6,7 people are you going to have several hundred thousand busses transport these people? I just dont see it being feasible
Even if Trump tells Mexico pay for the wall or else and we cut trade from them I just dont see it being that big of an impact.
If he is so tough on immigration then release the tapes as Cruz says......
It is all just a bunch of rhetoric that will never make it through congress especially with his attitude. When he is pressed for specifics he can not give any and lately he has been flip - flopping something ridiculous. At the last debate how many times did he say "i changed my mind on that." Seems like everyday one of his stances change. First its he will go after terrorists families and torture whoever and the military will do as I say! Then he got backlash so he changed it to just holding families and abiding by the current "torture laws." Now its we will expand and broaden the torture laws. I am all for using more aggressive interrogation techniques on terrorists, but Trump needs to pick something and stick with it. I do not think going after terrorists families will help though I mean the ones in CA dropped their baby off then went and shot up people. Their minds are just gone.....

I do think Trump could make a good president, but his ego is getting in the way. He needs to pick stances, tone down the BS, and get down to specifics. He has basically no record so if he cant be more specific then america has nothing to go on but false hope.

first off - your quote:
If Bernie wants to tax the multi-billionaires more I dont really care. If you have 15 cars, 10 houses, and 3 planes ...

when is enough enough? by who's definition do we define rich? yes, 15 cars, 10 houses and 3 planes sounds rich, but then what about the $1 million house, pool, 4 cars? or about the $500k house, 2 cars and RV? or the $250k house with two vehicles? or the people living in apartments? ALL of those people are rich compared to the homeless. So, if you're going to pull money from one class, it will effect others.

we have laws now that specifically deal with illegal immigration. enforce them.
then, you know what? maybe lifelong career politicians won't have 15 cars, 10 houses, and 3 planes.

and all "politicians and non-politicians" .. "evolve" when they receive feedback on their statements.

i, for one, do not give a damn if we go after terrorists' families. those ******** don't care about the families whom they're effecting with their bullshit.

And they both pay a **** ton in taxes. What is your point? They should pay more because they can? Because it's not fair?

A tax increase would hurt the one a lot more than the other. One still has to finance major purchases and have their kids take out student loans, the other does not. One still has to sacrifice, plan and save for retirement, the other does not.

Whoa, hold on there big fella. The RNC don't cotton to Cruz any more than they do to Trump. He's a thorn in their pansy ***** and they won't even send a howdy do his way 'cause they know he won't play their game. Despite that and only having " one demographic: evangelicals (barely) and hard-core right wingers.( translation; Constitutional Conservatives )", he's still kickin' sand on Trump's beach blanket.

If the argument was that the super wealthy should be taxed more so that the merely wealthy could be taxed less, you might have a point. They are suggesting that the super wealthy be taxed more because apparently 4 trillion a year, or 33% more than they spent 10 years ago, isn't enough money to run the federal government. And besides, they can afford it so who cares. Is that how we ought to determine our tax policy? The "you don't need your money so we get it" rule?

My point is that whether you're talking about raising taxes or cutting taxes, the 3rd through 10th percent have more in common with the 50th percent than they do the top 2 percent.

Unfotunately, what people are taxed and what the government spends have nothing to do with each other.

You could tax the top 2% at 100 percent and it would be a tiny fraction of what this government spends. And you lose every dollar they invest and spend in the economy.

The Common sense lacking Trump haters have loose stools tonight.

I don't know how Hillary lovers think she is going to win vs that... she has every questionable action Trump has and a dozen more on top of it... no one is going to go out of their way to vote for her... its going to be a slaughter and the dems are going to have to hop[e trump screws up enough to damn him on the reelection

Of the polls I've seen, Hillary is a few percentage points over Trump. If accurate, while it certainly doesn't mean Trump couldn't win the electoral college vote, it does indicate that it likely won't be a slaughter.

Trump was polling up double digits in idaho and lost big. Hillary was steamrolling in michigan and lost.. The old polling system is flawed and means squat... The issues people are voting afraid on are where hillary is weakest.. The economy, jobs, and national security... Its how an unelectable bernie sanders is hanging with her... And if he makes her move further left to fight him down the stretch that plays into the donalds hands...

Trump's polls in Michigan and Mississippi held true- it's just the caucus polls that are useless sometimes
