Trump - Make America Great Again!

To be fair, Trump would probably be a lot wealthier if he had stayed out of education, steaks, professional football, air travel and a half dozen other failed business ventures.

To be fair, he is wealthy because he took risks. Like most wealthy people. Had he not taken risks, he wouldn't have found successes.

I don't want to bring up an old thread, but I can't help but point this out. I'm sure everyone recalls the debates we had with Tibs around our ****-poor leader's refusal to denounce terrorism. Tibs swears the man does, we know better.

I just want to point out that after the Palestinian terrorist attacks in Tel Aviv, Obama has been silent. I can only imagine that somewhere he's wringing his little hands together. This was a trifecta. Terrorism in Israel against Jews.

His silence speaks LOUDLY.

As a Trump supporter, this is the best 40 minutes you can spend with your time doing something useful. Especially dedicated to deljzc, who's so enamored with this says-it-like-it-is, outside-the-box, non-politician; a true loose cannon of a candidate. Watch it and weep.

It was a very small attack, Isreal shrugged it off already, what was Obama supposed to do?

The State Department issued the following statement on behalf of the country:

"The United States condemns today’s horrific terrorist attack in Tel Aviv in the strongest possible terms," the statement reads. "We extend our deepest condolences to the families of those killed and our hopes for a quick recovery for those wounded. These cowardly attacks against innocent civilians can never be justified."

Hillary's also released a statement

“I condemn the heinous terrorist attack in Tel Aviv today," the candidate said in a prepared statement. "I send my deepest condolences to the families of those killed and I will continue to pray for the wounded."

In a reference to comments from her campaign rival, Republican Donald J. Trump, who argues for a "neutral" approach to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Clinton added: "Israel’s security must remain non-negotiable."

In past remarks, Clinton has questioned Trump's commitment to the US-Israel alliance.

"I stand in solidarity with the Israeli people in the face of these ongoing threats, and in unwavering support of the country’s right to defend itself," she said.

Virginia man says Donald Trump's face has appeared on his bathroom tiles
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/...ump-s-face-has-appeared-on-his-bathroom-tiles

As many of you have probably heard, God works in mysterious ways. When you have an unlimited budget, the best way to get publicity out for your preferred presidential candidate is somewhere on the floor of a man’s Virginia home—preferably the bathroom floor.

Clayton Litten was sitting on his toilet, admiring his newly tiled bathroom floor when he first saw it.

"This cannot be. There's no way," Litten said when he saw the image -- "clear as day."

An image of presidential candidate Donald Trump, standing with arms folded, emerged from the tile floor.

Clayton Litten is a Trump supporter and hopes this vision might draw the Donald to his home this coming Friday, when Trump’s campaign swings through town.

"I have not yet heard from anyone yet," Litten said.

Workers for the company that installed the floor said people can see all sorts of images in tile, "sort of like when people see objects in clouds."

You can add Barack Obama to the list of Trump's biggest fans. Too funny.

Obama: Trump's a Good Choice For Republicans!!!
http://www.tmz.com/2016/06/09/obama-fallon-trump-video/

President Obama is thrilled with the presumptive Presidential nominee ... on the Republican side.

The Prez taped a segment for Jimmy Fallon Wednesday and seemed pleased as punch that Trump will be the standard-bearer of his party.

He was a little more coy about his meeting Thursday with Bernie Sanders, and whether he can get the Bern to fall in line behind Hillary.

WAR!!!

Riots at the WH gates! Go Bernie!

Sanders supporters warn Obama: Don't try to stop Bernie!

Bernie Sanders’ supporters have some advice for President Barack Obama: Back off!

Thursday morning in the Oval Office, Obama will take his not-so-subtle campaign to ease Sanders out of an active campaign directly to the senator himself. But he’ll need to be diplomatic.

“The president is not Sen. Sanders’ boss. We’ve got to get this straight here,” said Nina Turner, a former Ohio state senator who’s been traveling the country on behalf of the campaign. “There’s respect that’s for the commander in chief … but Sen. Sanders is duly elected, and he’ll make his own decisions.”

POW!

Bernie disses Barry!

Refuses to concede!.

"Sanders to Fight on After Meeting with Obama" Not a concession.

Anyone who makes it to the White House can make money after their terms. Do you think ex-Presidents should negotiate the fees they are offered for
speeches lower? Do you think taking fees from foreign entities and paying heavy federal taxes is bad for the USA? Do you think any ex=President has
influenced Congress to pass any legislation? The current Congress hasn't passed anything, so what was there to influence?

Much ado about nothing, find constructive things to do with your time. Your life might get better.

I'll post this here as well. We really should merge all these threads in a single General Election thread sooner or later...

As I predicted, all good forces will join ranks to defeat the menace currently threatening America.

Headline News: Bernie vows to fight to the bitter end, refuses to concede!

CrazyBernie is turning into a punchline

Bernie Sanders' Nomination Battle is Over and he has to Admit it

Bernie Sanders officially looks like Hiro Onoda now, the member of the Imperial Japanese Army who held out in the Philippines for nearly 30 years before finally surrendering in 1974. Through it all Onoda managed to hold on to his rank as a second lieutenant in his army, and keep fighting, long after the war was over. Even through the primaries of Tuesday night, most of which he lost, Bernie did the same.

But he vows to keep fighting through a primary in Washington, D.C., that no one even knew existed. He vows to fight on to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. This isn't about his progressive values, or ideals, this is about vanity, and stubbornness, as if he keeps getting angrier and angrier that the rest of us don't know how good he is, and how good for the country.

It is worth noting that after Hiro Onoda finally left Lubang Island in the Philippines and returned home to Japan, there were people urging him to run for office. He even wrote a book about being a guerrilla fighter in a war long over: "No Surrender: My Thirty Year War." Bernie's is starting to feel at least that long.

Somebody needs to give Sanders the hook. He needs to understand, once and for all, that if he is not helping the nominee from his own party that he is helping the presumptive nominee from the other party. That's the deal.

Sanders: I'm staying in the race

http://www.politico.com/story/2016/06/bernie-sanders-staying-in-race-224126?cmpid=sf

After spending an hour meeting with President Barack Obama at the White House, Bernie Sanders vowed to stay in the race for Tuesday's District of Columbia primary while acknowledging that he would work with Hillary Clinton to defeat Donald Trump in the general election.

Sanders ticked through a list of his priorities, promising to take those issues to the convention in Philadelphia next month.

"Donald Trump would clearly to my mind and I think the majority of Americans be a disaster as president of the United States. It is unbelievable to me and I say this in all sincerity that the Republican Party would have a candidate for president who in the year 2016 makes bigotry and discrimination the cornerstone of his campaign. In my view the American people will not vote for or tolerate a candidate who insults Mexicans and Latinos, who insults Muslims, who insults African-Americans and women," Sanders said. "Needless to say, I am going to do everything in my power and I will work as hard as I can to make sure that Donald Trump does not become president of the United States."

Sanders continued, "I will of course, be coming in the D.C. primary which will be held next Tuesday."

"This is the last primary of the Democratic nominating process. The major point that I will be making at the citizens of the District of Columbia is that I am strongly in favor of D.C. statehood," he said, noting that Vermont has roughly the same population as the nation's capital but does not have the same representation. He also said he looked forward to the final count of votes in California, anticipating a closer result.

Sanders said he spoke "briefly to Secretary Clinton" on Tuesday night, congratulating her "on her very strong campaign."

"I look forward to meeting with her in the near future to see how we can work together to defeat Donald Trump and to create a government which represents all of us and not just the 1 percent," Sanders concluded.

Ha ha. They clearly look animated and upset with each other. I'd hate to be in the rabbit hole you live in Spike, hope it's cozy down there.

The camera noise is annoying.

Israel has shrugged it off already? LMAO. 27 minutes ago...

http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/09/middleeast/israel-tel-aviv-shooting/

Israel has closed off the West Bank city of Yatta as authorities investigate those responsible for a Tel Aviv terror attack at a popular market that left four people dead.

Israeli troops went door-to-door in Yatta overnight, conducting interviews and searching homes hours after Wednesday night's attack. One woman said her son was taken away, but she didn't know why.

Yep, shutting down a border, conducting door to door searches and hauling away suspects is shrugging it off.

Obama should have denounced it, especially when our ally (then again, Bammy doesn't view them as an ally) comes under terrorist attack.

Once upon a time, a little man named Tibs said Obama denounces terrorism. Just another example of Muslims attacking Jews in Israel (a land he hates) and he's silent. Speaks volumes.

The State Department issued the following statement on behalf of the country:

Hillary's also released a statement

[/QUOTE] And Obama - silent. Oba...Israel speak louder than I so eloquently can.

You were the one who brought up the Clinton Slushfundation as something positive and great, compared to those greedy, meanie Republicans. I simply pointed out your error - the Slushfundation has admitted violating policy by having the chief bribe-taker, Hillary, accept donations from foreign governments while she was Secretary of State.

And as to Hillary accepting bribes and then acting on the bribes:

–Bill and Hillary Clinton had helped a Canadian financier named Frank Giustra and a small Canadian company obtain a lucrative uranium mining concession from the dictator in Kazakhstan;

–The same Canadian company, renamed Uranium One, bought uranium concessions in the United States;

–The Russian government came calling and sought to buy that Canadian company for a price that would mean big profits for the Canadian investors;

–For the Russians to buy that Canadian company, it would require the approval of the Obama administration, including Hillary’s State Department, because uranium is a strategically important commodity;

–Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval;

–Some of the donations, including those from the Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Teler, were kept secret, even though the Clintons promised to disclose all donations;

Hillary’s State Department approved the deal;

–The Russian government now owns 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets.

Much ado about nothing, find constructive things to do with your time. Your life might get better.

You brought up the topic. You started this line of discussion. You suggested that the Clintons are honorable for founding the Clinton Slushfundation.

I provided specific facts showing your error. Now you respond, "Oh, move on, get a life"???

No, 21Steelers, you need to keep the facts straight. The Clinton Slushfundation is a money-laundering and influence-peddling scam and nothing more. The Slushfundation has reportedly raised nearly $2 billion - BILLION, with a "b."

https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...425d88-a7cd-11e4-a7c2-03d37af98440_story.html

Can you name ONE THING this "foundation" has done? Seriously, two billion dollars in donations, a considerable amount from sleazy tyrants, for what?

Yep, for influence - bribery. Hillary, the bought-and-paid-for candidate.

Oh, and I love the fact that Chelsea gets paid $300,000 per year because ... well, her last name.

D'uh.

But I am sure that if George W. Bush set up a "foundation" that raised nearly $2 billion in donations, a substantial portion from tyrants, and spent most of that money on salaries, travel, etc., and paid one of the Bush daughters $300,000 per year for basically nothing, that nobody would say a bad word about that tactic.

Right?

Obama should have denounced it, especially when our ally (then again, Bammy doesn't view them as an ally) comes under terrorist attack.

And Obama - silent. Obama said nothing. This, the man you say denounces terrorism.

Show me where Bush personally denounced each and every terrorist attack in Israel while he was in office.
