If Trump is full of ****, please tell me your thoughts on Hilliary.

Exactly - all these Trump bashers should grow some balls, and start their own "Why I'm voting for Hillary thread"

all they do is **** all over others threads and don't have the balls to stand up for their girl Hillary

***** trolls - go start your own threads if you have the guts

Bernie supporters took one up the *** even deeper than they realized from Crooked Hillary

I actually agree with a lot of what you said here regarding the context of what was being said. I don't think we can just cherry pick scenarios and attendance records and get a accurate picture of what is going on in a administration. That was my point. So we agree there. What is almost never discussed is the US role in foreign exploitation and the effect it has had on groups like ISIS coming to be in the first place. There is always this picture painted that on their own these groups came together to terrorize their fellow citizens, neighboring countries and harbor a deep seeded hatred for the US all based on extremist religious views and an anarchist indoctrination. That's a narrow and frankly dangerously blind view of the situation and that's why it is important to have intelligence. Politicians get on stage and they simplify both their actions to prevent and punish terrorists and the nature of the very terrorists themselves. I thought that was the most damaging thing that came out of the Bush Administration and it has carried on unfortunately. The US is in no way solely guilty or solely responsible for this but if we are to continue on in our foreign policy the way we have for decades then these are truly issues worth giving every bit of effort and intelligence too and it requires more than just bombings and invasions. That's what is truly scary about Trump and that's the dilemma. We cannot hand something this complex over to a man of this temperament and character. When you have multiple high ranking officials from both parties basically putting aside their allegiances to just simply say that they don't see where the man is qualified I'm going to push my chips in there and not with the man who has never shown an ability to push through and be patient nor put his ego aside to be inclusive and humble. There are a great many qualities that come with being a competent and successful leader. Do I think Clinton has them all? Hell no. But I do think she is less likely to lead us into a burning house with no plan than Trump is. You can take what he says lightly all you want but I won't and hopefully a lot of others won't either.

I mean really? Look at this ****.....no way. No.

You leave on vacation and you need someone to watch the house. Your choices are a known corrupt liar and an unknown. Granted, you'd love a 3rd choice, but you can only reasonably pick form these 2. It defies logic to me that you would take the known corrupt liar.

I believe strongly in the fact that we have a ruling class elite in this country, comprised of both Democrats and Republicans, who care very little about what we think. I believe the great thing about Trump and Sanders is that perhaps, and I emphasize perhaps, their success has given them some pause. However, electing Hillary Clinton will be a sure signal to the establishment of both parties that the American people are perfectly comfortable with corruption. Hell, those dumb voters will elect somebody as corrupt as Clinton! Katie bar the door!

What are the American people willing to accept from our elected officials? I feel the establishment in both parties is willing to push that envelope further and further. If we are willing to accept this, then we deserve what we get. Trump, for his faults, may be the best chance in my lifetime to reverse some of this.

It's not a press conference but Hilldog is being interviewed on Fox today by Chris Wallace. Wallace can be easy at times with his questions and tough at others. I hope he hammers her today.

I'd love to. I think Hillary Clinton is probably the worst candidate that Democratic voters could have nominated considering the circumstances. In addition to that I feel that the country was finally moving in the direction where we could have a true liberal candidate finally get on a major ticket. As much as conservatives complain about "libbies" and all that **** there hasn't been a true liberal on a major ticket for a very very long time. So I was absolutely in Bernie Sanders corner. I believe he would have destroyed Trump in the general as well.

As far as Hillary goes, she's a worse candidate now than she was even in 2008. It's not just the fact that she has been in politics so long that she has baggage, it's the kind of baggage. You won't find many candidates who are more brazenly opportunist and frankly corrupt than her. I could go down the list as to why but I'm sure you know. I think this sums it up. She lies when she has every reason to tell the truth but then also lies about telling the truth. Obama beat her by making ethics and conviction the basis of his campaign against her. Her speech at the DNC was one of the most uneven I can remember in a long time and I was particularly disturbed by her promise to "follow the money" into Wall Street make them help pay to fund programs to help the very people who's lives they actively destroy. That's a nice notion except she followed the money right into her bank account many time before. She can't deliver that message. She insincerely tried to appeal to Bernie Sanders supporters in the speech and it just fell flat to those of us who actually support him. She and the Democratic Party lost me as a registered voter of their party when they voted to go to Iraq. I was done. I've been an independent ever since. Hillary was front and center for that mess. Voted for the war in 2002 then doubled down and voted 6 more times for war funding when there were tons and tons and tons of money being stolen from the American people that never made it to actually help troops do their job. I'm in no way anti military. I just have a huge problem when these men and womens lives are put on the line and they are used to further a selfish and nefarious agenda. Hillary lied in ways I could never have imagined someone could lie trying to walk all this back by time she decided to run in 2007.

So while I still believe Trump is a more dangerous candidate and a horrible demagogue.......Hillary is barely better. Shes a rigid ideologue who will try to appear pragmatic AND progressive and will do anything to get that office. I wish the GOP had a better candidate. I really do. The voters managed to find the one guy who is such a horrible divisive candidate that they have given even people like me who have much pause about Hillary no choice but to potentially vote for her.

Oh absolutely!! I was just talking to my friend about this. I have a complicated view of what Republican voters did nominating Trump because on one hand I think it's deplorable to run a person like that on a major ticket but on the other hand I give them a huge hand for saying **** you to the establishment and not allowing themselves to be controlled by money. They just said were going with this guy and there's nothing you can do about it. If only Democrats had had that kind of conviction.

The Koch Brothers have said they are not going to donate to Trump (who can't be bought) and will concentrate on Republicans running for the Senate (who can be bought).

Like I said earlier, when it comes to Gimme Free **** they are very convicted.

That's a good point. I'm interested to see how these Senate races turn out from that point of view and how many of them will be attaching themselves to Trump. As far as Democrats go if that was all it was about then Bernie would have won. There's a lot more going on there than that.

I like everything you said there until the last paragraph. Cmon, my friend. Come the other side.

I was a Cruz guy, and voted for him in the PA primary. If Jim Webb on the Democrat side could have hung around for more than a glass of water I would have been for him. So as you can see, I have had my struggles with and about Trump. I see you are struggling too. Maybe they should have a support group or something. I'm working on not thinking about it. I decided to teach myself how to fly fish. So after well over 40 years of fishing, I am trying something new. You'd think I never fished in my life when I go out there with that ******' fly rod. So there is my advice for whatever it's worth. Get a new hobby and take your mind of of this mess.

I'm embarrassed for American politics as a whole right now. I think I may take your advice. I'm just ready for football season. I won't be in here too much at all once that gets going. I'd rather be arguing about fringe roster guys and playcalling than this ****. lol.

I don't know why the Republicans are so worried about their precious majorities in congress (like that's accomplished anything anyhow).

Trump/Clinton is going to be a hell of lot closer than the RNC golden boys McCain and Romney could pull. Plus the RNC rigged everything for their favor by gerrymandering all the political boundaries in 2010.

All that talk was scare tactics to the Republican base trying to get Trump replaced with a puppet they could buy and control like always.

I've already decided I'm not voting for one incumbent on the ballot. (R) - (D) doesn't matter this year. **** them. I'm just as mad at the Republicans in congress as I am at the democrats.

I agree. This is the most important election of our lives. It's not the traditional R vs. D. It's Nationalism vs. Corruption. If you want to take our country back and put America first again then vote for Trump. If you want the Washington corruption to continue to destroy America then vote for Hillary. I will still vote for incumbent R's though because they're better than America-hating D's.

I am actually madder at the Repubs. You know what you are getting with the Dems. But the Repubs promise to fight, then they don't. That is far worse in my opinion.

I missed it. How did it go?

She lied like a rug. She still says she was correct in what she said after Benhazi and she says Comey cleared her and did not say she lied to the American public about her emails. She truly is living in la-la land.

Hillary Clinton stands by her defense on classified emails, contradicts FBI

The Democratic presidential nominee Sunday repeated her claim that she never sent or received classified information on her private email as secretary of state, directly contradicting what FBI Director James Comey said the agency found in its investigation.

“I was communicating with over 300 people in my emails. They certainly did not believe and had no reason to believe what they were sending was classified,” Mrs. Clinton said on “Fox News Sunday.”

“I take classification seriously,” she said, repeating her frequent assertion that she made a mistake in using a private email account hosted on a private server kept at her home in Chappaqua, New York.

On July 5, Mr. Comey said 110 of Mrs. Clinton’s email messages contained information that was classified at the time she sent or received them, and a small number of them included markings that identified them as classified.

He also announced that he would not recommended pursuing criminal charges against Mrs. Clinton. But he said she and her staff were “extremely careless” in using a personal email account hosted by a secret email system in her home and that it jeopardized classified information.

Now she's blaming all the people she had forced to send emails to her private server!

Wait!

It was THE NSA THAT HACKED HER???

NSA Whistleblower: Agency Has All of Clinton’s Deleted Emails

PHILADELPHIA – The National Security Agency (NSA) has “all” of Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails and the FBI could gain access to them if they so desired, William Binney, a former highly placed NSA official, declared in a radio interview broadcast on Sunday.

Speaking as an analyst, Binney raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use.

Asked point blank if he believed the NSA has copies of “all” of Clinton’s emails, including the deleted correspondence, Binney replied in the affirmative.

“Yes,” he responded. “That would be my point. They have them all and the FBI can get them right there.”

Binney surmised that the hack of the DNC could have been coordinated by someone inside the U.S. intelligence community angry over Clinton’s compromise of national security data with her email use.

Police: Clinton Supporter Lights Flag On Fire, Attacks Trump Supporter

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police say that a Clinton supporter lit a flag on fire near a group of Trump supporters and attacked a man near the Clinton-Kaine event downtown Saturday afternoon.

The incident happened at the intersection of 10th Street and Penn Avenue around 4 p.m.

According to a criminal complaint, police were told Joshua Sturman was in the area to support Hillary Clinton, who spoke at a rally at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center later that afternoon. A group of Trump supporters had gathered on the opposing sidewalk in what police say was a peaceful assembly.

Sturman crossed the street and walked into the middle of the group of Trump supporters. The criminal complaint says the members of the group were standing close to one another, shoulder-to-shoulder. The complaint says Sturman then pulled out a flag and began to light it on fire.

The Trump supporters attempted to put out the fire, which “enraged” Sturman. Sturman then threw a Trump supporter to the ground and attempted to jump on top of him. Bystanders alerted nearby officers, and police removed Sturman and placed him under detention.

TO RIDICULE A GOLD STAR MOTHER IS OUT-OF-BOUNDS

August 01, 2016

WASHINGTON — Presidential candidate Donald J. Trump has a history of lashing out after being attacked, but to ridicule a Gold Star Mother is out-of-bounds, said the new national commander of the near 1.7 million-member Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States and its Auxiliary. “Election year or not, the VFW will not tolerate anyone berating a Gold Star family member for exercising his or her right of speech or expression,” said Brian Duffy, of Louisville, Ky., who was elected July 27 to lead the nation’s oldest and largest major war veterans organization. “There are certain sacrosanct subjects that no amount of wordsmithing can repair once crossed,” he said. “Giving one’s life to nation is the greatest sacrifice, followed closely by all Gold Star families, who have a right to make their voices heard.”

Hillary Clinton slapped with dreaded 'Four Pinocchios' rating for false claim about FBI director

Hillary Clinton received a dreaded 'four-Pinocchio' rating from the Washington Post – the worst score possible for truthfulness – after claiming on Sunday that the FBI defended her honesty in the classified email scandal that has plagued her presidential campaign for more than 16 months.

FBI director James Comey testified in a July 7 congressional hearing that multiple statements the Democratic presidential nominee made to the public were untrue.

But in a rare Fox News Channel interview on Sunday, Clinton claimed that Comey 'said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people.'

The Post's fact-checker pored over the record and found 'Clinton is cherry-picking statements by Comey to preserve her narrative' about why she sent and received classified documents on a private email server in her house.

This, the paper concluded, 'allows her to skate past the more disturbing findings of the FBI investigation.'
