I think DIC hit the nail on the head in the other thread about this. They're going to negotiate as much as possible for a non-violent surrender. This is a mentally unstable individual they are dealing with, with an arsenal of guns in his home and they know it.

They don't. His crime although a felon is still no-one hurt or irrepairBLE damage. They want a non-violent arrest, just ;Ike AB's partner in the crime, turn yourself in and then get bonded out to a follow up trial / plead. IN "Tony's" case though I'M BETTING A PART OF THE PLEA OR a judge's ruling, he will have to get a mental and physical evaluation completed. He will end up on heavy meds (mandated) and avoid any jail time only slip up again at a later date................... Jail time............... Then.................
