The Russian presence today in Ukraine is huge due to being under Soviet control for decades. So vital Ukraine is to Russia strategically, economically, and socially ( Putin wants none of that gay European influenced transgender $hit at his doorstep).
Fact: The Russian government urged Russian citizens to re-locate to Ukraine.
Half the population in Kiev, the capital city, is Russian speaking. The Russians living in Ukraine did not just pack up and go back to Russia.
They remained in their business, and even as members of the Ukrainian bureaucracy...but they also remained loyal to "Mother Russia".
Russian operatives all over that country.
So do you really want to know who many of the people are that are greatly responsible for all the corruption going on there?
You guessed it. Ukrainian citizens who are Russian by nationality.
Poor Ukraine, because of its prime location and resources has been embattled in war throughout its history either by the Poles from the West, Turks from the South, or Russians from the East.. And here they are, at it again.
