Vince Williams isn't gonna cut it at ILB. He's terrible.

We haven't learned a damn thing on defense, leaving Williams in all day on passing downs, thus 2 DL, guys wide open every where

Hang in there. The good guys will pull it off. Still a lot to improve on however
