Week 18 Caged Deathmatch Steelers Vs Ravens gameday thread

That loud mouth from Cleveland broke the shack record never seen a more selfish player and the nfl pumping him up that figures! Selfishness rules the roost.

"The Rooney Rule dictates that for all head-coaching openings, each team must interview at least one minority candidate. But here's what's interesting: The coach who might be the Rooney Rule's greatest advertisement didn't benefit from it. "Let me say this: Mike Tomlin was not part of the Rooney Rule," Rooney said. "We had already interviewed Ron Rivera [then the Bears' defensive coordinator], and so that fulfilled the obligation," Rooney said. "We went on, had heard about Mike, called him in and talked to him. He was very impressive."

What the hell did he tell YOU ALL???

There’s really only two calls there. 1. Aaron QB sneak. No one would expect it. 2. Pass play in the end zone and I would have done a slant and out to the right. Two reads follow the safety and throw to the single coverage.
or line up baby heyward at FB and power in behind him with Warren

Used big words.....can't coach but very well spoken.

Everyone in Maryland knew that was going to Gainwell. This is where having a young athletic QB is necessary.
Ya but we we were best in the hurry up offense as usual with a tomlin team, i hope they go the rest of the game in the hurry up!

Thank you for your input. It changes nothing presently...

I believe Bill Cowher is available. Bring him in for the 2nd have and provide some Cowher Power!!!!!
I would take Cowher back in an instant! He'd fix that Defense mighty quick! I hated seeing him leave and get replaced by this bum! He was just starting to get comfortable as Head Coach! I still feel if he was around Big Ben would have had 3 or 4 more rings!

If we lose this game DK should be cut tomorrow morning for his idiocy and Khan should be canned for providing no depth behind a volatile WR for multiple years.

Oh wait we already told DK he gets to keep all his bonus money he should have lossed from the suspension

the defense has not been the real issue the last few weeks

Just had to get the pug out for a quick dump. I will say one more thing. We got Rodgers to throw td’s with all hi experience.
This is2 huge games in a row when we needed it most that he had 2 drives inside the ten…4 downs with no points. This is also the what 6 th quarter in a row without a TD. At this clip it really doesn’t matter about getting Rodgers back. Even a rookie will get us a TD.

Regardless, his resume was pretty thin at the time. One year as a DC in which his pass defense was ranked last in the league (and oddly his run defense was #1).
