What Happened to the College Game Thread ???

Auburn deserved to lose. If you’re going to only rush two, you might as well drop all 11 into coveragage. There’s probably a thousand good high school QBs that could have thrown that pass.

Has anyone been watching Kansas State-Iowa State in the snow? It's been a really fun game and is 35-35 in the 4th.
 
The playoff picture is a lot more clear after today. The four contenders should come from the teams playing next weekend.

Pac-12
Washington vs. Oregon
The winner of this game should be in. If Washington loses close, they should still have a chance with some help.

Big 12
Texas vs. Oklahoma State
Texas can get in with a win and some help. Oklahoma State has no chance.

SEC
Georgia vs. Alabama
I think Georgia is in regardless. Alabama should get in if they win.

ACC
Florida State vs. Louisville
Florida State should be in if they win.

Big Ten
Michigan vs. Iowa
Michigan is in with a win. Iowa has no chance. Ohio State should also be out. You can't reward a team for sitting at home next week.

As of now:
1. Georgia
2. Michigan
3. Washington
4. Florida State

2 Wolverines that should be on Khan Rader LB Colson and S Moore, they would be filling holes where upgrades are needed, Kris Jenkins, if he doesn't rise too much in the draft and is a rnd 3 guy can easily be groomed to eventually replace Larry O, Leal has been just a 7th man dl.

I didn't get to see all of the Ohio State game. From what I saw, Ryan Day overthought it. Just 9 targets of Harrison? Ridiculous. Especially when the other WRs were coming up small.

That TD to Roman Wilson very clearly should have been an INT. The Ohio State DB immediately dislodged the ball, Wilson never had complete control, and it was ripped away by the OSU DB who did then have complete control.

It probably did not decide the game though because Ryan Day found another way to somehow be surprised by Michigan doing what Michigan does.

I listened to most of the Auburn game while traveling. I was able to see the ending. I have no idea why teams insist on only rushing 2 or 3 on Hail Mary situations. The only way a Hail Mary works is if the QB gets enough time and has enough space to launch a long pass and for WRs to get lost. I can see going with just 2 DL so you can have faster players on the field, but blitz a couple of them. Make the QB have to run.
 
Ohio state lost so I'm off to a good start.
Just need a Clowns loss and a Steeler win to complete the trifecta.

These weekends of ultimate football happiness don't come around too often for me.
Ohio State wins a lot I hate to say.

LOL. No it wasn’t. I agree it shouldn’t have been a TD. Wilson should have been down at the 2 where his knee dragged and he clearly had control of the ball.

I picked them to win but really didn't care either way. I thought Micheatgan was overrated. I guess tOSu was.

All the tOSU fans calling for Day to be fired lol. We PSU fans know how you feel but you better be careful what you wish for.

I'm a casual college football fan at best. I just get a kick out of rooting against anything Ohio.

I root for Penn State as well, but not on the level as I do the Steelers. If they lose, "oh well".
