What have Kahn (and Colbert last few years) got us?

I was asked who could be drafted who was good enough. It was asked and answered, so sit on it. I answered them: Daniels. If that's not good enough than suck an egg. I wasn't asked who was in our draft order. That's an entirely different question, sailor boy. Suck it.
He wasn't available, so no, he wasn't an option to be the next QB. Still waiting for a realistic option. If that's the case, Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes were better options for the Steelers as well.

Im sure we could have Traded Pickens and a 7th to get all three of those options... easy peezy...

Coming from "Dukie man," the defender of "I forgot to block" Pickens and "I got some snappy quips" Clown-in. Classic.
Is it "Dookie man" or "dukie man"? you can't have it both ways clown. It really is a matter of consistency.

Holy **** he was right this WHOLE time!!!

I dont see why we dont just start Jaden Daniels going forward. Obviously Clown-lin has a soft spot for Mason.

Are you the "loogie man" or the "lugie man?" Do tell, small puff.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news to the GM, but last I checked, we need more than ONE player in the draft, we need several. With his way of thinking, it's no wonder we are were we are with this team. What world is he living in? We not only DO need one player, we need several. Maybe he's whistling past the graveyard, but that sure isn't going to help things. This team is a mess.

Players we gosh damn DO need to be competitive or anywhere near it:

1.) QB. What's Kan thinking? That all of a sudden we aren't in need of a decent QB? What, Mason is the answer? He went, what, 1-4 last year? His completion rate dropped from 74% to 63%? But we are ALL SET with Mason as our starting QB in 2025? Kahn claimed we are not in need of any ONE player in '25, that must include QB I am guessing. If Pgh doesn't need a QB, I'm Leery of hearing what team does.

2.) OT. I'm not sure which OT is on shakier ground: the oft injured Fautanu or the player who couldn't hold off Moore - the lowly rated LT. Either way, we are far from "sound" at either position and he OL remains a hot mess. We couldn't run the ball and we couldn't pass protect, but other than that, we were fine. But Kahn sees no need to add any player to the mix.

3.) RB. We have one back up on the roster (Warren) but no proven starter who can carry the load and average more than 4 ypc. We desperately need a quality RB. But Kahn says there is no obvious need.

4.) Our #2 WR is a step away from leaving or quitting but we don't need anyone there. Pickens is about as solid as a balsa wood fence.

5.) DL. Take your pick. We need at NT or DE. Both. We have a part time DE (but listed as a DT) in Heyward, a DE playing NG in Benton and other than that a collection of misfits trying to fit in somewhere. Leal (playing part time LB), Loudermilk (no one knows what position he plays), Lee (listed as a a DT but we're not sure there either) and a bunch of "lunch pail Joes" make up the DL. That doesn't make for a sound unit.

6.) CB. Not sure what the plan is here.

7.) S.

We definitely have more than "one" need.

Your incessant name calling, immature responses, poor vocabulary, and one-track mind (Tomlin hatred) really shows that you have the mental capacity of a pre-pubescent child.
THIS coming from YOU? LMFAO

Umm, ya think it might be so as to not tip his hand?
What, he's thinking about skipping the draft this year? I don't know, he only needs about 7 players.

What is Khan thinking? Well he's thinking that they have players in roles that they are comfortable enough in that they don't need to REACH for a player based on a need. So in that sense, they don't NEED any ONE player. REACHING is how you end up with Pickett in the first round. And Khan so far, has done a very good job of not reaching for need.

As for your "evaluations"

1. QB - All signs point to Rodgers, and they will most likely draft A QB, but not necessarily any specific one in any specific round. They've talked to Dart, Milroe, Shough, Ewers, and Howard. Any number of those guys could go anywhere from the first to the fifth round. So no need to reach, they know who they like it what round they like them in.

2. OT- Well, they've spent the last two drafts on OT in the first round. They signed a couple, and have Ryan Anderson as the swing back up. All the spots are technically filled, again, no need to reach. As for your assessment on Jones, it's wrong. The player that couldn't hold of Moore? Not what happened at all. In fact, it was stated by more than one coach that Moore CAN'T PLAY RT!! Jones could. If Jones couldn't hold off Moore, as you put it, they wouldn't have let Moore go in FA and stated that Jones is the LT going forward.

3. RB - Again, no spot in the roster for one, they've looked at everyone from Jeanty to Blue, first rounders to seventh rounders. With all the spots filled (Paterson is still rostered), again no need to reach.

4. Our #2 is DK. You don't like our WR1, but he's still our WR1 and the coaches like him, Khan likes him, and his teammates like him. After that we have Austin, Wilson, and they brought back Skowronek and Miller. That's 6 WR on the roster. Guess what? No need to reach.

5. DL - This is where we as fans want the pick to be. But the numbers again support the fact that they don't need to reach for a player and have bodies to fill the holes. Logan Lee missed last year, he's back. You still have Heyward, Loudermilk, Adams, Lowry and Benton as well. And they signed Ekuale and Otomewo. That's 8... what's the theme? No need to reach.

6. CB - what's the plan? Porter and Slay start, Echols at nickel, Trice the main back up and dime. They resigned Pierre as depth, and don't forget Bishop. That's 6.

7. S - not sure what you're trying to get at here. They lost Kazee and replaced him with Thornhill. They have Minkah, Elliot, and Killebrew. How many do you want?

Do you see the theme here? No reaching. They filled the holes, they can go BPA. That's what Khan is saying. Not that we can't UPGRADE positions, that is the whole reason to even have a draft to begin with. But that they aren't going into the draft with a massive NEED. It's really a simple concept.

This is so sad. Please allow me to explain what Khan actually said.

"We don't need any one player in the draft" = We aren't looking to draft one particular player

Lloyd is like burnt brown gravy, no matter what you try to do to save it, it still has that burnt taste.

I actually think burnt brown grave has a better wonderlic score too !!!!

Salute the nation

There is something wrong with you man.. .. The GM is saying there is not one specific player they NEED. They have several needs so they will more then likely take BPA which will fill a hole on the team.

You don't see a lie when you are given one? If Pickens is traded they will go WR early. RB will be within 2 rounds. DL will be early.
