Some Steelers First round mock drafts: Feel free to add.

CBS Sports has us going with Luther Burden III WR

Yahoo Sports -
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

NFL.COM - Will Johnson Michigan · CB · Junior

NBC Sports -
Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

PFF -
WR MATTHEW GOLDEN, TEXAS

Sporting News - Walter Nolen DT. Ole Miss

USA TODAY: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Luther Burden III

The Athletic: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

ESPN: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

I'd be happy with Golden.

Let's see who gets it right.

Who wouldn't you like of that list?

Ignoring Sanders, I think it's Egbuka for me, feels a bit like a reach.

I hope like hella we don’t take the Sanders kid.

That would require a way bigger whisperer than what Mike Tomlin can whisper.

Can you imagine the Steelers coaching telling Shedeur how they want something done and then Deon contradicting it, creating even more confusion for the the kid….. and the Steelers and the (last place) fans.

They also change their prediction weekly, and it's never really based off anything that makes any sense.

They say many predictions so as later that can come back and claim success without mentioning the # of guesses needed.

I'd love to get that kid. The nfl right now is full of self entitled dillweeds. Why not get the son of the king of them,(Prince Dillweed I guess) and just deal with it. The kid has a big arm. and we have absolute zilch at qb. the most important position on the field.

I'd like to see Golden, Egbuka, Grant, and Harmon still on the board when we pick. I know it won't happen but those guys are currently my top picks in the 1st round sitting at 21. We need to see Egbuka's pro-day to see what he can do in shorts. He ran below a 4.5 in high school so hopefully, he runs a 4.4. I don't want a 4.5 or worse WR if we pick one in the 1st or even the 2nd round for that matter.

I think you could see three of them at our pick, Egbuka, Grant, and Harmon. I think Golden's 40 time ensured he's a first round pick, and prob the second WR taken. Do you still take a WR in Rd1 if we sign Kirk or trade for DK?

I'm with you, but for difference reasons. He's a douche nozzle and I hope his pathetic play will tank the Steelers into A. a MT exit. B. A top 5 draft pick. C. So I can potentially enjoy watching Steeler football again.

NO, you would have to go DL if possible and the right guy there at 1.21.

Keep in mind that if they think their QB is there, they have to take him.

Not sure about Kirk and his health. If we sign DK, we won't have a 1st round pick. If they did sign a WR and a DL in free agency, which I expect them to do, I still take a DL/WR with our first 2 picks. Both rooms need an overhaul and we don't know if they will be able to sign (or want to sign) GP to a new contract. I can see them make a splash on a free agent but I think DK may be too rich since they are asking for a 1st and another mid-round pick plus his cap hit.

Post combine, I don’t think Barron, Golden or Johnson are still available at 1.21.

Start over with our own rookie.

I don't know how good he is but there are about 5 QB starved teams at the top. He is not getting out of the top 5 and they cannot trade that far up.

They can ask, but with that cap hit, AND him wanting an extension, it will drive that price down.

The jury is still out on that. He does have a Mike Tomlin pick vibe about him.
Everything I have watched he has ok arm strength ok mobility. He is just Ok, meh system QB. Couple his meh ability with the baggage attached and I don't think Tomlin or Omar will touch him. They have said they were not thrilled with the first-round talent. The midround guys seem like better targets.
