The article is from Israel, so you have to see the stuff behind it. It basically says that in January, Biden gave powers to the WHO to declare health emergencies in the USA and make dictates accordingly, despite the objections of the citizens.

That's 100% how they operate. They know it will take years in court to overturn,by then the damage is done. The shining example of this was the 2020 election. It's why Pelosi was so giddy and confident back in June 2020. There was no way in hell you could account for the mass scale mail in/mule in for discrepancies. The election would long be over and certified before any criminal illegal activity could be uncovered. Dementia Joe didn't even need to campaign.
