Who was the worst FA/Trade signing ever by the Steelers?

AB had the same problem for 8 years...
Yes, but you had other receivers to go to when AB was there. DK doesn't have a # 2.

Wallace, Ward, Burress, Emmanual Sanders, Martavis Bryant,Ju Ju...at one point he had Leveon Bell who was like having another #2.

Compare any of those guys to the scrubs we have now....

We can only pray and hope so.

I’m hearing that inside the building, no one is talking about the Tomlin or replacement. The outside noise is not being heard, or so they say. I’d lean pretty much that Art 2 is hearing that noise, whether by choice or by his constituents of owners, family, “eyes”.

I don’t know id anything will happen other than if they keep getting blown away with coaching being exposed, the BOO-Birds in full force………….. the Rooney will do something, not sure what. NO mid-season firing, but maybe a season end parting of ways???

Salute the nation

Ladarius Green!! finally found it..

On March 10, 2016, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed Green to a four-year, $20 million contract that also includes a signing bonus of $4.75 million. The Steelers signed him to help with a depleted tight end corps after longtime veteran Heath Miller retired during the off-season and Matt Spaeth suffered injuries which would eventually result in his failing of the team physical and release.[15][8] He suffered an ankle injury during the offseason and started the season on the PUP list. He was activated to the active roster on November 12, 2016.[16]

The following day, Green made his highly anticipated regular season debut and finished the loss to the Dallas Cowboys with three catches for thirty yards. On December 4, 2016, Green caught six passes for a career-high 110 receiving yards and scored his first touchdown of the season on a 20-yard pass from Ben Roethlisberger in the Steelers' 24–14 victory over the New York Giants.[10] The following week, Green earned his first start with the Steelers and caught two passes for 24 receiving yards in a 27–20 victory over the Buffalo Bills.

He started again the following week against the Cincinnati Bengals, catching 5 passes for 72 yards. This performance included a 28-yard third-down catch with under 4 minutes to go in the game, which moved the Steelers into Bengals' territory and allowed Pittsburgh to preserve its 4-point lead on the way to a fifth-straight victory. However, this would ultimately be Green's final play for the Steelers during the 2016 season, as during the conclusion of his catch-and-run, upon being tackled, his head hit off the turf, leading him to be helped off the field. He was ultimately diagnosed with a concussion, missing the Steelers' final two regular season games, as well as all three playoff games.[17]

Green was released by the Steelers on May 18, 2017, with a failed physical designation.[18]
I'll go with Ladarius Green also.

Criticize the FO before you trash the players. Metcalf is a #1 without a QB. The FO has been kicking the can down the street for nine years

Tomlin is a better HC than at least half of the others.

Imagine this team with an aggressive owner and GM instead of an owner who prefers status quo over success.

Imagine trading Ben after 17 or 18 instead of holding on

And if you say hindsight is 20/20 I fully agree
I'll also agree if you say it's no guarantee that any of the draft picks would have been great QBs

But what kills any chance at success is the Rooney's policy of honoring the past by foregoing the future

QNd before all the shopping wet vaginas chime in with the Fire Tomlin chants

Firing Tomlin is fine if it's part of organizational change. If you only Fire Tomlin, you get a new HC who works in the same dysfunctional, Clevelandish organization.
We have the GOAT throwing the ball what you smoking?????

Metcalf is a #1 without a #2 That may change even if Thielen can act in a limited role as a possession receiver taking the heat off DK. As I've made abundantly clear here and many here also know, the rest of that wide receiver room is trash. I've posted All 22 videos showing just how they can't get separation except for Wilson on the go route every once in a while.

Also some of our players just go "full re***d" to quote Sgt. Osiris.
Start watching around the 1:45 And you'll see how this is just one instance, but you see it over and over with rodgers having to rip into these guys on the field to get their head out of you know where.
