I watched a bit of the address. Biden looks like he is about to pass out and fall over. He can barely stand, is mumbling incoherently.

Any person that votes for him really needs to examine his or her soul. Joe Biden can't drive right now. He can barely read. He is stumbling and bumbling like an old geezer suffering dementia. He is not fit enough to house-sit for me, and he should run the United States?!?
