I get what you are saying but this particular game really came down to bad QB play. I am pretty sure Rodgers checked into some of these bad calls out of fear. I just can’t blame Mike for that. Maybe the first quarter defense will give him some heat for and the decision to not punt late. Boswell missing is also a huge factor in this game. As much as I love Boswell that miss was huge.

That is just it. It is on Mike to get these players coached up and get them sharpening that knife . They came out flat 10 points quickly. Then they had so many X and O head shaking plays.

It just screamed of mediocre approach. Mediocre game plan, mediocre play calling . That lack of X and O ability.

For me I feel strongly this team needs a up and comer that knows offensive X and Os.

Rodgers played poorly you can’t argue that. He also almost got us to overtime but then locked into MVS. That is it on Tomlin as we saw AR talking to MVS before that last play. I fully blame Tomlin for the late 4/10 call. I blame him early for the defense to a degree. The Brows defense has been this good most of the year.

Should we make a change? Possibly, but this loss isn’t just on Mike.

It absolutely is on Tomlin. Look, I get annoyed with some of the ridiculousness hurled at Tomlin, but at the same time, there is a lot that is true. This keeps happening, regardless of the players. I know the QB didn't play well, but why does this keep happening with all different QBs?

According to NFL.com there are two Saturday games at 4:30 and 8 next week. There are the usual games at 1 and 4 Sunday as well as the night game. All game times are to be announced.

He signed off and managed their practice approach during the week.

He signed off on their roster.

He signed off on the scheme.

He signed off on the coordinators.

He signs off on the in game adjustments or the lack there of. ( probably one of my biggest complaints)

More importantly he is showing a trend.

Btw, love that the NFL can play a Saturday night game at 8:00 when there's no work on Sunday but has to play later on SNF and MNF.

Sorry but this loss is directly on Tomlin. Has his staple gameplan all over it. Play not to lose. Keep it close. Everytime we were in FG range we called a screen. We netted negative yards. We played scared...we didn't play to win....we played not to lose. Usually with all the opportunities we had in this game we get one into the EZ. Tomlin counted on this. It didn't happen. Play calling was putrid. Again we didn't use the middle of the field....even with an injured Browns player hobbling out there. Sure....at the very end of the 2nd quarter and then the 4th we hit Muth across the middle. That should have been our gameplan until they stopped it. Coaching lost this game 100%. To think otherwise is laughable. Our offensive game plan was screening the ball. The Browns had the box loaded thru out the game taking everything short from us. Tomlin still had us throw short. The middle was there all game long....but we all know Coach T doesn't like to throw there.....even with a HOFer, multiple MVP winner AARon.....you know....our missing piece. Crazy how you will give this guy a pass every year. First we needed Wilson. He was the missing piece. Then you said Rogers. Well guess what....they just might be the missing piece but if our HC handcuffs them who is to blame?
