What does that have to do with releasing the call to the public?
 
Anyone know of an unbiased read on the SAVE Act? The legislation itself is short and seems pretty straight forward, but listening to some it's like they want to repeal the 19th amendment. There seems to be lots of accusations and opinions rather than what the bill actually says and looking for a non-emotional account of the bill.
