According to AB a trade is coming in less than 24 hours

Let's rewind the tape here for anyone completely unfamiliar.
Antonio Brown was a nobody from nowhere 6th round pick. The Steelers only got him cause Santonio Holmes had a pension for weed. Took a flyer.
Kid showed a great deal of promise at start of career. The Steelers again took a flyer taking money earmarked for Mike Wallace (who everyone said they should pay) and gave it to AB.
Though the contract was speculative Brown clearly out performed it. The Steelers did what they could to spice it up and stay in there no renegotiation with more than a year on the contract rule.
Once he was a year out they renegotiated and gave him what he clearly thought was fair. A mega deal. A deal that Bell wanted and walked away from a huge one year payday cause he wanted the same.
Now after acting like a complete jackass AB figures that any team that has the honor of trading for him should pay him an extra 18 million for. Really?????
Mr. Rosenhaus. Get your ******** client under control.
 
Ruh Roh. Looks like the market might be telling "A B" that his services aren't quite worth what he thunk they were. So what if his options are play with the team that signed ya, or go **** yourself for zero dollars. Wonder how that works out with AB's "wi fi" signal? I guess we'll see. Bottom line is this, you're a ******* WR, while you're damn good, might be one of the best ever, you might, just might want to call Santonio Holmes, Mike Wallace, Jericho Cotchery, and **** knows how many others, hell, we could go on and on, and ask them how things went when Ben wasn't the dude tossing them the ******* rock. You might, young fella, just need a ******* reality check on where you are now, vs where you could be in 3 years. Ask them ALL, if they would undo the dumbfuckery that eneded them outside of the burgh, and I'll bet you get one ******* answer from every last one of them. The question then is, are you smart enough to hear the answer?

That was the point of my post earlier. Who wants to give up a #1 for a player that wants a new large contract right out of the gate after a trade? He continues to make it difficult. ****** should have went to the Bills!

Brown to the Raiders for 2020 2nd round pick and Jared Cook. Its all over facebook posted per Pro Football Talk, Bleacher Report and ESPN.

Really AB ****** the rest of the players... if the Steelers had any balls, they wouldn’t give out these huge contracts to these piece of shot ego dramaqueen morons.

They created their own problems..

I wouldn't give anyone a contract longer than three years any more.

Brown showed the players what you can do to get a top contract. Players win big time.

If the Steelers let Brown walk years ago, you and everyone else would've been up in arms. Brown is a clown and acted like a clown. The team may have given him liberties because he was excellent, but the majority of the blame goes on the player.

Like Ron says it only works for the elite players. But yeah something needs to be altered NFL wise to better protect the teams. As the tags are outdated.
