The Raiders leadership and management team are absolutely insane to not suspend this cancer. They must truly have money to burn and have zero concern of the pending shitstorm that will 100% happen not later but sooner.
Antonio Brown fined again ..undisclosed amount (at least until AB posts it on instagram) for the altercation with Mike Mayock.

I'm just thick skinned I guess. I do see a difference if someone takes offense vs doesn't take offense to a racial slur issued. No offense, no harm, no foul. Move on...
I also don't see how it can all be Tomlin's fault. I just don't. It's not always the parent's fault when a kid goes bad. It's not the teacher's fault a kid won't learn. It's up to the individual on how they want to live their life, and AB is living in his own world.
Plus all I hear from Gruden, is poor misunderstood AB. If that ain't the most pussified approach to this child, I don't know what is. At least with Tomlin, he's all about teaching responsibility for your actions, and being a man. AB couldn't handle the man to man talk, or accept responsibility for his actions in any form of discipline.

I always had the approach as a supervisor that people could vent and express frustrations at work with foul language as long as it wasn't personally directed at anybody or wasn't done in front of clients. People need to blow off steam once in a while but once you cross the line of threatening or verbally abusing others it needs to be addressed.

Tomlin did the same thing Gruden is doing except it was kept in house. He allowed him to miss meetings and practices. He'd show up late and Tomlin did nothing. It wasn't until JuJu won that stupid award and Ben criticized him on air that AB went public with any of this. After that all the other stuff that Tomlin let slide came out. It's not Tomlin's fault AB is a moron. It is his fault that he let it infest the locker room for several years. Yes, he did a great job covering it up and letting AB run the ship. But when AB was ready for it to come out Tomlin couldn't stop it. That man on man talk was years to late. You can't sit him down now after letting him get by with it all this time. AB probably asked him WTF he's talking about.... you going to try and get tough now? That's why he expected to play against the bungles. He knew all the other times Tomlin caved.

The Steelers have a $21 million hit to their cap just this year. They let years go by allowing this **** to happen. How many years have they lost of a HOF QBs career because of this cancer in the locker room? Geniuses? Not even close.

Sorry man, I have a psychology degree. You can't fix crazy. You either are or you're not. There is no action anyone outside of your mind can do, to fix you. He's showing his true colors because the Steelers were actually a more compassionate franchise. It's not Tomlin's fault AB is crazy, and It's not Mayock or Gruden's fault that AB is crazy, but now the Raiders look like **** for getting nothing for Mayock's first major trade as a GM. And they look worse because he never played a damn down for that team.

AB's brand of narcissism did not start in Pittsburgh. Superior athletes start getting molly coddled in youth sports and it is often carried into HS and college. AB was had a self entitled mentality long before he was in the NFL. In the end, I don't so much blame everyone else as I do the person. Guys like AB may have been molly coddled their whole life, but they still choose to act like jackasses. In this case, I truly believe AB has a serious cognitive impairment disability.

Bullshit. He went south after he signed his first big deal. Did you not read what Clark said? He screamed at Dick LeBeau after his first practice after the deal. The Steelers signed him anyway and have been covering for him for years. They were stuck with $21 million in dead cap space because of their ignorance. Your love for Tomlin has blinded you if you think this came up only at the end of last year.
I have 2 B.A. and a M.A. degree. So what? I took lots of psychology classes when I was in criminal justice. I know the Steelers aren't responsible for crazy. I even said Tomlin isn't the reason why AB is a moron. However, he is responsible for allowing him to be a diva in the locker room. He is responsible for allowing him to divide the team. He is partially responsible for signing him 2 years ago to a contract when he knew he was crazy. So yes, the Steelers ripped of Oakland for draft picks. But the Steelers have won 3 playoff games in 8 years with this guy on the team. It is obvious that Tomlin covered for him and allowed this behavior at the determent of the team chemistry.

Tomlin allowed a me first culture to grow in his locker room. Can't spin it any other way. It was detrimental to our TEAM. Now they seem to all be on board the Team first mentality. Will we win the SB? Maybe not but this team is uniting together to make a go at it. They will all be playing for each other. Not for themselves.
Everyone hates the dead cap space, but it is more than apparent that nothing could be done. Like in Goodfellas " He's gone and there is nothing anyone could do about it". If his time with the Raiders was his attempt to rehab his image. Digest that.

We know Tomlin has been covering his *** for years. We also know that he could have been traded 2 years ago before he signed that huge deal. But instead Tomlin allowed his attitude to cause issues in the locker room. He let it fester. He knew AB was a cancer.
Because it's a new season we are 0-0 we don't have that distraction anymore. We got a great LB using the pick we got for Brown.
And we are looking like the toast of the league right now for getting the picks for him.
But hey don't let me stop you from hating on Tomlin , carry on.
