There are guidelines he has to follow. He doesn't and can't just decide williy nilly if something is classified or not. It's actually a pretty detailed process to classify or declassify information that was once classified.
As others have said, I wouldn't put it past the DOJ to add some documents if what they confiscated doesn't make their case.
when they go to a place, looking for a specific document, in a specific place, where they were just a month ago and put a padlock on the room to prevent any further entry/exit, then spend NINE hours ransacking a home because they decided they can and they've prevented attorneys and lawyers from witnessing their violation of the 4th Amendment, while many of these FBI agents entered with backpacks, well... I'm not saying something is fishy, but we're gonna need a bigger boat.

I went over the list of lies by the WaPo and the Federalist did a story on the same thing. Turns out that thousands of his "lies" are campaign bragging, such as "unemployment is lower than it has ever been" when it was measured at 3.6%, when at one point in US history unemployment was at 3.5% for one month. He made that statement 75 times and that was documented as 75 "lies."
Oh, and seeing how enraged you are at a politician's lies, how about we turn that invective to ALL politicians, not just one party? I have no problem with that, at all.
But the idea that Donald Trump is an existential threat to democracy because he is a liar is laughable. Joe Biden has plagiarized papers and speeches his entire career. His claims of being a truck driver, then a bus driver, cutting a 6' length of chain to deal with Corn Pop are so ridiculously false that we don't care, it seems. The point here is that assuming what you say is accurate - where Trump disputes pretty much every point - why get a warrant and send five cop cars and 20 officers to the residence? Why not issue a subpoena?
Only one answer makes sense, 21: Because cop cars with flashing lights in front of Trump's residence makes what (D)imbos thought was a great optical. "Ah-ha, NOW the walls are really closing in!!"

yet the FBI was at Mar-A-Lago last month. So, begs the question, why weren't they taking those documents at that time, if they were so very, very important to every man, woman, child, ze, zer, zit and zat in the country? Instead they had a padlock placed there.
