FBI executes search warrant at Trump's Mar-a-Lago

So the FBI planted evidence that can’t be used against is what you’re arguing? Nothing is really confidential.

"Dumb statements by Floggy for $500, Alex."
  • While in office, the President cannot be charged with violation of the espionage act for removing documents from the White House, because when he does so, the documents are not classified.
  • The fact the papers are stamped "classified" refers to the fact that at one time they were classified.
  • The warrant claims to seek "classified" information, meaning that the FBI does not care about the rules governing this issue.
  • Trump was cooperating and met with the FBI just six weeks before the warrant was served, showed the FBI the very documents seized, and they left those documents with Trump and told him to put another lock on the door. Undisputed.
  • To date, we have no information that the FBI demanded those documents between late June and early August, 2022.
  • As others have noted, W. Bush, Obama were sued to release or return Presidential papers. Courts told the plaintiffs to take a hike because
  • Therefore, the entire thing was a show, a pretense.
  • Now that the show is blowing up in the FBI's face, they are leaking.
  • Just like the previous Crossfire Hurricane leaks, which turned out to be 100% BULLSHIT.
  • And you lap up whatever chum the FBI - behind the scam investigation of a duly-elected President, the scammers behind the non-plot to kidnap Gretchen, the agency investigating parents as "domestic terrorists" - tosses your way.
Clear now? Of course not. Have a 2nd grader explain it to you.

Pretty extensive interview with Kari Lake by Crowder. He presses her on why she was a Dem for a period of time.

Well, being opposed to getting involved in Iraq doesn't qualify as being liberal, in my opinion anyway.
Thanks for posting this and hope the voters will be able to see the disaster that Governor Katie Hobbs would be.

Then why didn’t they just raid Mar-a-lago in June?

It seems you posted an article that doesn't help your argument a whole lot.

As for the president's power to declassify materials, here's some background on how it works, according to current and former intelligence officials familiar with the declassification process.

First, a U.S. president does have uniquely sweeping declassification abilities, though there is a process that involves written documentation and several other steps.

It's not the case that a president can declassify documents with just verbal instructions. His instruction to declassify a given document would first be memorialized in a written memo, usually drafted by White House counsel, which he would then sign.

Typically, the leadership of the agency or agencies with equities in the document would be consulted and given an opportunity to provide their views on the declassification decision. As the ultimate declassification authority, however, the president can decide to override any objections they raise.

Former Trump administration officials have claimed that Trump previously declassified the documents taken with him to Mar-a-Lago, but that the classification markings had not been updated.

"The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn't mean the information wasn't declassified," former Trump defense official Kash Patel told Breitbart in May, regarding other material that had earlier been removed from Mar-a-Lago. "I was there with President Trump when he said 'We are declassifying this information.'"

So desperate they are still trying to criminalize Trump. Goin on six years now and they're 0- 4? 0-5? Whatever.

It's so absurd that they are still trying to criminalize Trump. Goin on six years now and they're 0- 4? 0-5? Whatever.

It's a mother ******* joke. It exposes them for being the nasty pathetic people they are who have no buisness running this country.

Shame on the FBI and DOJ. The DOJ has been a joke since Eric Holder did his little gun running with Fast&Furious.

Just break out the bleach and scrub the whole thing down.

Not all documents can be declassified.

Not all documents can be declassified.

OK if so, then why didn't the FBI break down Obamas door in order make sure he didn't have any of those lying around in his stash?

Considering that no former president ever had his home raided by the FBI, you still refuse to admit that this action is intended to criminalize and disqualify Trump from running again. C'mon man. This is nitpicking by the very definition of the word. Is a clear sign of desperation, to be excessively concerned with or critical of inconsequential details.
Perhaps the Jan 6 hearings aren't going the way they like.

Umm Oklahoma city bombing says hold my beer….

Therefore, the entire thing was a show, a pretense.

Worse than that ST. After listening to Patel, I think that the whole raid was about.. )1) making sure that all those documents that Trump declassified to make sure the American people got to see them got buried forever and (2) throw up a smoke and mirror distraction that labeled the ex-President as somehow unable to run for office again....., to keep the Durham files ( and others ) sealed from public view.

*right now

Garland hasn’t bothered to refute any evidence.

Question: Should top secret information with national security implications be store at ******* MAR-A-LAGO? Yes or no?
Only if the declassified records stored at Mar-A-Largo are records the the current Administration considers damaging to them and need to be disappeared. Especially right before an election. Jus sayin'Listen to this article

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News, adding that the Justice Department opposed Trump lawyers' request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.

I'm thinkin' that the reason for the raid delay was to wait for "their Boy" to come up on the wheel.

Your comment here Zona made me watch the video as I'm not a big Crowder watcher. But a couple take aways. Really glad to hear her say that she is dedicated to state's rights. For too long our states have been bought off by the fed with it's hands in the big till. Has to end to get DC out of our lives. I'd like to see a bottom-up approach to governance.

Wars. I was for them before I was against them. I was only 10 when we watched real time 6 pm news broadcasts of fighting in Vietnam. I was of course pro America so support was easy. And watching the likes of Hanoi Jane Fonda sitting on that tank turret was easy to be disgusted by. With age and critical thinking skills I see how it divided us. Desert Shield. My father in law was on a carrier in the Gulf, so I supported ousting Saddam from that country. Desert Storm. I was a republican and I liked W, we were answering the attack on the WTC, and Saddam was still in power. But I didn't want war. Afghanistan. Russia got slaughtered in those mountains. Were we fighting for a forward operations base or for poppy fields? Still not sure. And all the other interventions not mentioned well, I'll just say we have the might to destroy whatever is in our path and I hope the approach risks very little American and innocent lives.

Still relevant today maybe more. I believe Kari will win in the general for you and all of us. I'll be pulling for her and all America first candidates that this whole Trump debacle has proven what we thought might be really was. And ain't a whole helluva lot is good.

Are we stunned?

DEVELOPING: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same CounterIntelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago.

They're making a really strong case against themselves to be dissolved.

You realize the OKC Bombing was a FedOp too right?
Well it was allowed to happen… they had an informant in the op who failed to tell them the truck broke down and was delayed… the goal was to catch them in the act a few days earlier … which was why the building was crawling with feds for a “ training exercise “ right before it happened… its also why two feds were screaming for people to get out right before the bomb went off…

It was the early attempt encourage passing laws to circumvent rights through a patriot act type bill. It failed in every way.

The history of the FBI is wrought with failed attempts to sway political agendas… they are thoroughly inept at times
