Here's the list of 17 players who will attend the draft. The NFL only invites players expected to go in the 1st round. Very interesting to see Milroe on the list.
So now Dart and Milroe are expected to be first rounders but Sanders didnt get an invite...
I wonder if neon Deon makes his son sit out a year if he falls to the second round...
Outside of Ward if the Steelers took QB who wouod you want?
Of course Shedeur won't attend the draft, that would take the spotlight off of his father. Instead, Dion will have circus going on for the NFL camera crew to record so he'll be the talk of draft day. What an attention *****.Sanders has been saying since January he would not attend, he may have just declined the invite.

Dart should make it to our 3rd round pick based on actual ability.I think the 2nd to last name on that list won’t make it past the 2nd pick of the 1srt round.
I also think nothing would surprise me with the STEELERS moving up enough to get Ward, using this years 1st / 3rd / next year’s 1st.
That said, Dart makes it to our 1st round pick.

I doubt he makes it to our first round pick, based on this draft. You don't have too many players that would be top 10 picks in any draft regardless of the year. I don't even think you have ONE player that fits that bill. I think the draft is full of capable starters, some really high ceiling guys that still have a lot of work to do, but no one you look at and say "he's an all-pro waiting to happen".Dart should make it to our 3rd round pick based on actual ability.
Sometimes guys are invited, but don't attend. So now Dart and Milroe are expected to be first rounders but Sanders didnt get an invite...

More chances to see guys sitting and not being drafted where they thought. They don't want that. Surprised they are risking what they are this year. For as over the top as the draft has become, you’d think they’d have a lot more players attending
I am not disagreeing with you but I would like to know what people the NFL deems trustworthy enough to know teams secret draft hopes. That league can't keep anything under wrap except as it pertains to the NE Patriots.I posted this in the mock draft thread, but the league reportedly wanted to cut down on the number of prospects this year over last year. Last year they had 13, they were hoping for 8-10 this year, and then go ahead and invite 17.
And for those that don't know how this works. The league has someone that specifically calls teams ahead of the draft and asks them who they plan on drafting. The teams will either give one solid name or a couple. This employee then compiles a list, compares it to the other teams, and can really get a sense of who is going to be drafted where. They then come up with a list of names that WILL be drafted in the first round based on this information.
For Dart and Milroe to be on this list, there must have been at least one team say that would take one of them at a certain spot no matter what. And for Sanders to not be on this list, is also very interesting, considering he was QB2 throughout this entire draft season.

Another miss at QB will stunt the team another 4 years and shackle hopefully the next HC.The desperation of QB need, will out weight the result of the place picked.
I’m not advocation to pick Dart with a 1`st round pick, I’m just saying he will be there at 1.21 for us to do so should they decide to.

I didn't know how it worked, but when I was researching the Aaron Rodgers draft slide I came across the story on how they decide who gets the invite. It is one person that does this, he doesn't tell anyone which teams is eyeing the prospect, just the prospects that will be drafted.I am not disagreeing with you but I would like to know what people the NFL deems trustworthy enough to know teams secret draft hopes. So even NFL execs don't know which teams are taking who

Joe Thomas wanted to go fishing with his Dad IIRC.
I liked Thomas. That was such a boss move. Offensive linemen are the best.
To be fair, we did give up on Kenny after 2 years. So maybe not the whole 4...Another miss at QB will stunt the team another 4 years and shackle hopefully the next HC.
