2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

BTW, Carter Rowney is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Guy has a motor, hustles, works. Love it.
 
I'll say it again, and it's obviously not my observation, but the Pens seem to play better/skate better/defend better with Murray in goal. Something psychological?

I would say they trust him to where maybe they don't feel the need to stay back and babysit. That said, Flower was good enough this playoff to deserve the same level of trust. Not sure what it is, but I think a lot of fans agree.
 
I think the turning point of this series was game 4, where Cole took exception to the hit by Ryan and just took him to task. To me, that signaled that the Pens have had enough of the Sens and Refs bullshit. From that point, this series hasn't been a contest.

You have to believe Wingels will be suspended. But then, I thought Niskanen would be suspended also.
 
Like I've said before. I enjoying crushing people and that game was just that. That was beautiful. I wanted the shutout too. Those clowns are not a come from behind team at all. It took them completely out of their game. Can we play the rest of the games at 3pm?

WTF is that? A full forearm shiver is a punch. Dude threw his forearm into Wilson's face. Extended his forearm to do it. Classic headshot ... suspend him.

Well I missed the game, recorded it, and just got done skimming through it, and I have to say that was one god awful uninspired performance by the Sens.

Maybe some Pens luck with me not watching here too? Nah, the Sens really did play like hot garbage IMO.

I would have to think they will come out flying Tuesday night.
 
Could be a bad thing. Sens were embarrassed will be pissed off and desperate. Pens need to come out flying again break their spirits early. Don't want another game 7 finish it off

Of course that gives the Pens all the reason they need to begin game 6 with anger for another blowout. That should erase any chance they relax.

The elbow on Wilson will have our guys fired up too. I think the hit on Ruhwedel pissed off our guys enough. The Pens are whooping some *** in the physicality while sticking to their game. Kudos to Sullivan for catching on to that.

I'm not expecting a big shutout win like today, but I do expect the Pens to have a strong win.

that was freakin' Mike Milbury. If he was hit by lighting tonight, I wouldn't shed a tear for that dumbass. He is the most bass ackward tool in sports. Even Keith Jones said it's a suspendable hit with the intentional elbow.

The game was 100% *** kicking and loved every second of it. Ottawa was so out-played, they should have fore-fitted after the first period. The Pens looked as if they figured the Sens out. Not being cocky, but they really have been great the last two games. Also, the Sens are getting hit with injuries and self-doubt. Two things the Pens had to regain and have. Murray is cool as a cucumber and the scoring is back. That spells doom for the Sens unless they get some magic back on Tuesday. It's possible they force a game 7, as their crowd can pick them up and ride them to victory. They will be angry and desperate, but the Pens are capable of torching them. If the Pens can withstand the first 5-10 minutes, they can play their game and close them out. LOVED today! I needed this game to relax throughout. The Sens are dirty pricks just like WASH and CBJ. F Wingels! His *** better be sitting on Tuesday!
