2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

What a trash team Ottawa is with that elbowing the head as time expired. After the number of concussions this playoffs the league will do nothing?

Completely dirty chickenshit loser play. I hope Karlsson has a broken ankle.

Of course that gives the Pens all the reason they need to begin game 6 with anger for another blowout. That should erase any chance they relax.

If that ****** doesn't get suspended for game 6 then someone needs to make his face match the scar on his coach's face. Hard high stick or eat a slap shot. Dirty mfer.

The level of beat down that was just displayed would be hard for any team to come back from. I think Pens win game 6 in practice mode.

Definitely can't get overconfident. The pens looked done after game 5 and 6 in WASH and put one a clinic in game 7. Ott is not the pens, but still have to play with an edge.

Next question is if we get guys back don we start them or stick with the lineup we had tonight. Personally i see no need to change. Well be interesting to see what MS does

Wingels should be suspended but, I would be surprised if he is. The league wants this to go to a game 7 and Ottawa needs Wingels with Karlsson and that other dude hobbling around.

Check this out, Pens close them out tomorrow night, come home, start the SCF at home next Monday and don't go on the road until next Saturday. That is about a week & a half of home cooking and sleeping in their own beds. The rest would be so very welcomed to heal and prepare for ANA/NASH.

This team is clicking again and they have confidence. Anderson is certainly human and is the second time the Pens chased a goalie. I expect a different Sens team tomorrow night, but they don't have the horses to get into a shootout with the Pens. I'm interested in see if an aggressive team comes out of the gate or they play tight, a bend but don't break scheme.

The Pens have to play aggressive and get to the net to block and deflect shots to win. They did that the last 2 games and must continue to do so. They also have figured out how to lob the puck over their blue line D to get into the zone. Keep doing what they did the last 2 games and they win this next game.

Should be an easy call for the 'Player Safety' NHL. Direct blow to the head to injure as time runs down. I'm not seeing what the holdup is in announcing anything. They lucked out that it didn't happen to a star player like Crosby, and it's Wingels - his suspension will have absolutely no affect on the outcome of the next game because he sucks anyway.

Play it like a game 7 in game 6.

Every game is a Game 7 now and...you gotta win 4.....no slacking....take it to em!

Awesome game! Wish I could have seen it all but I had stuff to do. Was able to catch the goal scoring avalanche in the first and the entire 3rd period. Good thing I'm not superstitious since I was stone cold sober for the entire game. :)

The Pens definitely have an on-off switch. For the most part this series I think it was in the off position. I heard an interview with one of the players after they were destroyed by the Sens and the guy said "we just need to work hard and play our game". That tells me the team was just going through the motions up to that point.

We should know pretty quick if the Sens are going to keep fighting or if they are ready to play golf. I think they know the Pens have woken up and their season is over but I still expect the Sens to do whatever it takes to win at home.

The NHL's Director of Disciplinary Measures was seen hanging around just outside his office today and was asked by a reporter if Wingels would be suspended. The director said he did not see anything that warrant a suspension.

Just like the NFL, I love the sport, but hate the league. The NHL apparently is no different. The inconsistency is painful. If sometimes biased announcers/talking heads against the Pens feel it deserve a game suspension, but the NHL sees nothing to warrant a meeting? I hope they remember that when/if a Sen takes a stick, elbow or punch to the melon tomorrow night. Joke!

Good news!

Sullivan said Scot Wilson is "fine." Hornqivst, Ruhwedel skated this morning. They are day-to-day. -SK

Survive the 1st 10 minutes or deflate the home crowd and score a quick goal. Sens are hurting health wise. Pens looked healthy and tuned
in. I think the Pens win tomorrow. It doesn't have to be pretty either. Get out of this series and rest up for SCF

I always laugh because we complain the NFL is too hard for fining guys for making hits and the NHL allows whatever to go on the ice. I don't even think it's close, the NFL is a far superior league, even with its inconsistencies as they at least pretend to care about player safety.

The NHL is obviously complete bullshit when it comes down to rules and enforcement. How that turd doesn't get at least a 1 game suspension is beyond me. It does nothing to deter dirty cheap ***** whatsoever. In fact it can only encourage more of it.

both pretend to care, but do they- that was my point. Some things, they fine or suspend a player makes you scratch your head. The NFL can be ludicrous with their celebration penalties, but the NHL will turn around and turn a blind eye to a clear head shot with an elbow at the end of a 7-0 game.

Preds win the west. A congrats sent to my wife's brother in law.
But if the Pens win tomorrow --- well...Let's Go Pens! :)

On that note.
Here's to a strong game 6 and let's advance!

Let's Go Pens!

I'm literally having trouble sleeping tonight because I'm so excited about the pens right now. Gotta stop watching hype videos

if the Pens close it out tomorrow, the Preds/Pens SCF will a pretty good one. Will be fast and physical. Got to break Renne.

First things first, let's shine those golf clubs for the Sens.
