2018-19 Penguins and NHL Offseason

Another thing that hasn't been mentioned is the loss of Justin Schultz. Another solid guy on defense that went down early on.
 
As much good as we get from Kessel there is a whole lotta bad at times. Turns the puck over on the first goal which he does a lot, and then I think he got caught puck watching on that second goal.
 
Murray got chased.
DeSmith comes in and isn't enough.
We give up a shorty. This team is hot garbage right now
 
What an absolute clusterfuck. Not sure what to do. Defense is bad, passing is bad, goal tending is bad, scoring is bad.... This team is in trouble.

It's hard to watch. I tuned it out honestly.
A senator player broke a stick over Grant's back and the team retaliates but still shows no effort in the game
 
Wow. MTC turning off a game. Must be bleak.
 
Every shot they take seems like it's from the blue line. Have not seen them play this bad in a long time.

They keep whiffing on centering passes too.
I'll give Kessel credit, earlier in the game he was ripping off shots as soon as soon as he looked in the pass.
For the most part however the guys are picking terrible spots to shoot from
 
Bout time for Rutherford to send slow assed Maatta packing too.

This is what you get when you don't care to play solid defense and your goalie's are a sieve.
