Does the 4-6 months include his rehab time?
That much time out seems like pins screws and plates are involved.. if so I just hope the guy can compete again..
I would think the biggest issue is that shoulder taking impact again. He's young so those recuperative abilities are still super high. I wouldn't be suprised if we don't see him until next season.
UB, were you at that game?
I see where Malkin was find 5K for high sticking the Sens player. That guy was fined 2500 for roughing.
What's the deal with the Sens? Is there bad blood between the two teams? If not, there sure as hell is now. I don't think the Sens player intentionally tried to hurt Guentzel but he definitely didn't do much to avoid tripping him up. Granted it was a bang bang play. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next game.

Jake was Pens leading pt scorer?
They are done
Free Center Ice for a week starting tomorrow, lol
I think some guy named Crosby would disagree with you. What has to happen is Jarry has to continue "close" to where he has been all year. Holding teams to 3 goals or less wins you a ton of games. Jake won't like be replaced by any one player. It will be more of a committee. GMJR will make moves, Bjugs, Dumo and Shultz will be back. I'm not saying this is an easy path but it is far from over.
Why can't Letang seem to avoid taking boneheaded penalties at the worst times....
Well it's been a little since Letang pulled a dumb dumb. He's got to refresh the tree of stupidity
