But as Gruden talked on the speaker phone they got a call from the Patriots who called him damaged goods joining the 3 way call and demanded the 9 million dollar signing bonus given to AB be paid back by the Raiders.

A few seconds later AB calls the Raiders on another line and gets on a 4th speaker line demanding his 29 million from the Raiders as they cut him illegally.

Everyone is yelling at each other & a fifth line calls & it's Britney Taylor. She asks the Steelers for the 3rd & 5th, 29 million from the Raiders, 9 million from the Pats, and tells AB I want the rest of whatever you got left.

My question is why did she wait so long to come forward and why didn’t she goto the police to press charges? Also, I don’t think lie detector tests of any kind hold much credibility anymore. Otherwise they’d just determine everyone’s guilt or innocence through that method. It’s evidence or witnesses.

Her 'reference' was a former ADA...I'm certain, w/ his guidance, he provided the path she needed to take and perhaps provided a contact at the FBI to collaborate her story.

I don't think any man can put themselves in the 'victim's' shoes...honestly.

When cases like these arise - it's always the same question, "why did you wait so long?" Knowing all the variables - how many people are willing to put themselves 'out there' for the ENTIRE WORLD TO SEE??? This is not a local-jocal story - it's gonna be hear: WORLDWIDE. That takes courage.

I'm not saying that the victim is absolutely correct - she made some really questionable actions throughout the timeline; BUT...

There is NEVER a reason to jack off on a girl who isn't complacent. Walking into the room w/ your johnson out and kissing a her in the mouth, uninvited, that's wrong too. Finally, the accused rape scenario definitely doesn't bode well either - ESPECIALLY when the statements were validated by an FBI lie detector test.

The Patriots have issued a statement regarding the sexual assault and rape lawsuit filed against receiver Antonio Brown. And the statement says plenty about the NFL’s response to the situation.

“We are aware of the civil lawsuit that was filed earlier today against Antonio Brown, as well as the response by Antonio’s representatives,” the Patriots said. “We take these allegations very seriously. Under no circumstance does this organization condone sexual violence or assault. The league has informed us that they will be investigating. We will have no further comment while that investigation takes place.”

While the league has not responded to a request for comment from PFT, the team’s statement makes it clear that the NFL will exercise its prerogative to explore the matter. Because no criminal investigation is pending, the league need not wait to investigate. Because the plaintiff in the lawsuit, Britney Taylor, has expressed a willingness to cooperate with the NFL, the league should face no obstacles, given its inability to subpoena non-employees of the league or its teams.

Depending on the information obtained, Brown could be placed on the Commissioner-Exempt list while the investigation proceeds. He also could be disciplined by the league even in the absence of an arrest or conviction.

The statement also implies that the Patriots will be taking no action while the investigation proceeds. In 1996, the Patriots rescinded their rights to fifth-round draft pick Christian Peter based on a string of arrests while in college at Nebraska. Given that Brown has denied the allegations made against him, it’s impossible at this point to know whether he has any actual responsibility. If the league finds that Brown engaging in misconduct, the Patriots could choose to part ways with Brown.

My guess is it's a former FBI expert who now hires himself out to lawyers. There's been no criminal complaint filed so no FBI investigation (that we're aware of).

Same thing happened to Ben who was suspended 6 games. No charges were brought against him from DA only allegations from both women. But still league suspended him for conduct detrimental to league policy. So why not Mr.Big Chest?
