AB accused of Rape (update dipshit released by pats)

I don't care if it is about the money, AB just bused on the Pats season. In less than 24 hours. That's what I care about.

And he will be playing in Gillette Stadium, the most "Woke" venue of all of Sports. Seriously how can Gillette condone any of this?

"Bro NOT cool, not cool",

Gillette just lost billions of dollars because of their stupid "Woke" anti male, toxic masculinity, ad campaign and their Board of Directors were "A OK" with it.

BELIEVE the women......I do.

And **** the Pats.

Gillette.......The accused, a proud, boastful, self admitted serial abuser, is going to be playing in YOUR stadium.

The Shield Roger, the Shield, has been bused on. I mean, worse than Vic Mackey.......

As a Steeler fan, everyone should be worried that this happened under the employ of the Steelers. I would be worried that the suspension will be levied against the team.

I am not. The Steelers could not have had any knowledge of this at the time, Unless he so stupid(which is highly debatable), you don't go around bragging you raped or ejaculated on the back your trainer/ex-schoolmate.

The TEAM had nothing to do with it. The Organization didn't either. AClown did this on his own, away from the team, in the off-season.

I would be willing to bet that AB and or the Pats shell out money to the woman TODAY in exchange for her dropping the suit and also signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement that prevents her from speaking to the NFL. Without her cooperation the NFL cannot suspend him.

That's entertainment....Cut him! lol

In the guarantee language in Antonio Brown's Patriots contract: If Brown "takes any action that materially undermines the public's respect for, or is materially critical of, the Club, the Player's teammates or the Club's ownership, coaches," etc., guarantees will "null and void."

key word is "takes"
does that mean after the contract is signed or does that include conduct prior to the contract being signed?

I think the most likely immediate action taken by the NFL is to place AB on commissioner’s exempt list while they conduct an investigation

Looks like he will practice today, so I say nothing will happen and he plays Sunday

this should be interesting

Patriots/Wednesday:

11:45a - Bill Belichick presser
12:40 - Practice
3:45 - Brian Flores call
4 - Locker-room access
4 - Tom Brady presser

I see why you can say this but as the suit was brought yesterday, did the Steelers even know about this? If they did know about it and still got a 3rd and 5th from Oakland, that proves my point that they FLEECED the ever living **** out of Oakland on the trade.

Chances are they didn't know either. It just shows that this once smiling, beloved WR, really does have a personality disorder and I am beyond happy he is no longer part of the franchise. Let him rot on the Pats with this hanging over the franchise. He and Kraft can be best buds and talk about getting off together.

Text messages in court document shows AB and the Raiders knew before September 7th, so his agent knew too

It has been brought to my attention that Mr. Brown has recently acquired diplomatic immunity and is protected from any NFL league action.
While we consider this a serious matter, our hands are simply tied.

Where did you find this message to his accuser? I do not see it anywhere on social media. When did he do this?

Mmmkay, she was sexually assaulted several times by AB but still kept hanging around him. Me thinks she just wants to get some of his money before it's all gone.

Exactly.... the report says it happened on 3 separate occasions. What woman would, after having been sexually assaulted once by someone, ever allow herself to be alone or in any situation where this man that assaulted you before could have the opportunity to
do it again.... and then again after that. I’m no fan of AB by any stretch, but just because you’re an ******* doesn’t mean you deserve to be accused of this ****.

Pats statement
we know a weak *** commish when we see one. **** yo knowledge *****, Got 6 rings cheating and ya didn’t do ****. We gon bus on yo back again then go get 7.

Exactly... if Brown was still in the Black n Gold he would be facing an indefinite suspension and had we beaten the pats week one with him, the NFL would be vacating that win...

So- have the Pats tried getting Demarius Thomas back yet?

New England offered us their first round pick for Brown before we traded him to the Raiders.

He’s such a toxic man....should have taken that deal in hindsight.

Let’s see what Roger decides to do.

The difference with Ben, is Ben was the first to come down for 'tarnishing the shield'. So the Rooneys thought is was best to serve his time and that was that. Plus he got the suspension reduced from 6 to 4 games.

Since that point, every player suspended under the 'tarnishing' guideline has fought it, and cited due process. So unless there was a video tape of said player doing that action, those players walked. Heck, Ray Rice had 2 games before the tape leaked, then he was out of the league. Remember paying defensive player for hurting other players? Only the coaches were suspended, not any of the players. AP beats up his kid. No film, no foul, welcome back!

It all has to do with perception. Now if AB's schtick was crafted to get him released, it's still a reflection of his character, and works severely against him and his character as an upstanding citizen, which he has never shown.

AB is a feckless, selfish person, and now he is reaping what he has sewn.

I bet AB, and a lot of players for that matter, don't even read the whole contract. I think the agent just tell them the guaranteed money, the total money and the length so they just start thinking how they will spend the money.
