The "16 indictments" that MSNBC brays about consist of 13 worthless indictments of Russian entities involved in pumping out information, 2 indictments for lying to investigators (Hillar ... oh, wait, no, Flynn and Papadoupolis), and 1 indictment of a guy for lying on a loan form 10 years ago or more (Manafort).

Indictments related to collusion? ZERO.

Indictments related to the reason Mueller was appointed? ZERO.

The undeniable truth of the matter is this. The Democrats simply absolve themselves from independent counsel investigations via corrupt DOJ appointees (Holder). An independent counsel clearly was called for on the running of guns to Mexican gangs, something Obama and Holder approved. Nope. Instead, Obama and Holder investigate Obama and Holder and conclude that Obama and Holder did nothing wrong.

Judge tosses suit alleging Trump campaign conspired with Russia in DNC hack

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit alleging that President Donald Trump's campaign and former Trump adviser Roger Stone conspired with Russia and WikiLeaks to publish hacked Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 presidential race.

U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Huvelle said in a ruling Tuesday evening that the suit's efforts to tie the Trump campaign and Stone's alleged actions to the nation's capital were too flimsy for the case to proceed in a Washington, D.C., court.

"The Trump Campaign’s efforts to elect President Trump in D.C. are not suit-related contacts for those efforts did not involve acts taken in furtherance of the conspiracies to disseminate emails that harmed plaintiffs," wrote Huvelle, an appointee of President Bill Clinton. "Campaign meetings, canvassing voters, and other regular business activities of a political campaign do not constitute activities related to the conspiracies alleged in the complaint."

Deep State DOJ Lawyer Overseeing Mueller Witch Hunt Stepping Down

The highest ranking lawyer in the Justice Department and top aide to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Scott Schools, is stepping down from his position.

Scott Schools helps Rosenstein oversee the ever expanding Mueller witch hunt.

Although Schools insists he is leaving on his own volition to work in the private sector, it may be because Rosenstein is facing impeachment and contempt charges.

GOP lawmakers passed a resolution earlier this week giving DAG Rosenstein 7 days to turn over requested classified documents or face impeachment.

Mueller and Rosenstein are on borrowed time and it appears Scott Schools knows this and exited stage left before he was forced out.

Nunes calls for House probe of 42 Obama-era anti-Trump activists

Rep. Devin Nunes is referring 42 Obama administration officials, FBI agents and outside political activists to a House task force for as investigation into how the Obama Justice Department targeted the Donald Trump campaign.

If the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and Judiciary Committee agree, their task force would conduct the most extensive probe to date on anti-Trump government operations in 2016.

Mr. Nunes, Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, has sent letters to Oversight head Trey Gowdy of South Carolina and Judiciary’s Bob Goodlatte of Virginia.

The California Republican is asking his fellow GOP legislators to summon for public testimony all 42 — a cast of FBI, Justice Department and State Department officials and outside anti-Trump people with whom they communicated.
