Anybody fired yet?

Why? They don't study apparently anyway. So what JuJu was saying about learning more in KC is absolutely true.
Pickett at the 21:00 minute mark: " We need to study more. I don't think we study enough as a group." He was referring to penalties, but that statement is an indicator of how this team is run. That means the offense doesn't put the work in and the head cheerleader of the coaching staff does nothing....speaks volumes doesn't it? The kid gave it away.

Actually clarification: 22:15 Reporter asks " When you say study more you mean playbook?" Pickett: " Yeah playbook. We got to know what we're doing." And those that still defend Tomlin, that is your WOKE moment.

And Pickett is a rookie. He has his head in the playbook and watches film constantly. I thought he played well today against the No. 1 D. Our D also needs to study. They have been blaming "communication" as the biggest issue for several years. It's not "communication". It's knowing WTF you''re supposed to be doing and where you're supposed to be/go.

Cam Heyward always talked about communication and yet placed the blame on the players. At some point you have to look at the coaching staff when these issues come up time and again.

So now you suggest that Tomlin is NOT the great communicator.

Cam Heyward is too respectful to blame the coaches. Just not the kind of guy he is. I really regret we likely won't get him the SB he deserves. Also, I am not like Heyward, I am glad to blame the ****-tastic head coach and coordinators.

That's a glaring comment by Kenny Pickett during the Post Game. Even as a Rookie he knows what the problem is and he's not afraid to call our his fellow players either. Combine his comments with Juju's comments and you are really starting to see this team is poorly coached and that all starts with Tomlin. He is not a teacher/mentor.....he's a motivator and that's it.

It will be I retesting to hear what the players have to say over the next 2 weeks..

They won't say anything against the coaching staff. None of it is interesting for me. The interesting day is when a new chapter starts for the Steelers.

They got a bye. Nice time to develop a new offensive play book.
I'd be surprised if they make any changes before the end of the season.

I mean, Heyward could've helped make some stops in those handful of terrible defensive efforts in the playoffs, so I don't feel too bad.

ME TOO, and used properly.

Salute the nation

Well that explains A LOT of **** over the years. Yep the culture is for sure ****** on that team.

I think what Kenny’s post game comments were went a long way showing his frustration and disillusionment with this offense.
I heard him talk about everyone needing to spend more time with the playbook but he also said something else revealing.
He said we can’t continue to do the same things every week and expect a different result. That’s insanity!
That to me sounds like a subtle shot at Canada’s 10 play playbook.

Bingo. I'd call it out too if I was being set up for failure.

It starts and ends with the HC. Who doesn't even do coaching and accepts no responsibility or accountability for anything.

I see no direction, no plan, nothing. Just milking it doing just enough to get by.

They will never get close to winning anything again as long as they keep the status quo.

Other teams are way out working them and it shows.

The new standard is lazy, unprepared and unwilling to adapt, change or take responsibility.

They've become a joke. All they have is the history of greatness, none of which they've ever been a part of.

When will the local beat writers start beating the drum on replacing Tomlin?
