Ben getting sick of Haley

It appeared to me yesterday that during time outs that Haley was not in on the conferences with Ben. Just appeared to be Tomlin and the QB coach.

Haley was better than Arians - who else is available???
My guess would be next man up, ie Randy Fichtner QB coach. Which would make Ben the de facto OC. I'm not convinced Ben will be back next year regardless.

That's exactly right as Ben ASKED for a buffer a few weeks ago and Fitchner is the buffer. Haley should be gone soon and if we get just an average to just above average OC we will see huge improvement in the output of this offense.
Don't kid yourself as to Haley being a savior of Ben's career as anyone other than the "bruce" would do nearly the same as for protecting Ben. Our QB coach could move in pretty smoothly and the transition would be minimal. NO we
wouldn't get the same turtle BS calls to WR bubble ****.

Win out and hoist #7 and I'd be in your corner but other than that, Ben will be back as he still has 1yr left on contract (i think 1yr).

And about Romo: why the **** would he give up all that broadcaster money to come and babysit Ben for the next year or two, while working under a head coach that doesn't have a firm grip on the nuances of the game? You want him because you think he's smart, right? Not stupid?
Because being in the "broadcaster booth" is nothing like the camp, preparation, game day rush and locker room highs and lows of being involved in sports. Romo isn't that far removed from the game, he could be still hungry for the adrenalin and endorphins.

There's some talk Bruce Arians may be out in Arizona. He's obviously the answer if/when Haley leaves. ;)

Ben DIDN'T call a fake spike, he was calling for a real spike, then the call came in late, there wasn't time to call an actual play, most of the guys were ready for the clock play, Bell was standing with his mouth piece in his hands. All the more reason they should've had multiple plays ready after the review.

Yes then Tomlin threw that stupid slant into quadruple coverage in a situation where NO ONE in the NFL but Batch says you throw that pass.

Every NFL expert from players to coaches agree that you throw a square out or a fade. It's either to your guy or in the stands. Yet a14 year vet qb signals that to Rogers then throws it. YOU NEVER THROW THAT........NEVER.

Listening to you defend Ben Coryea ,is like watching the morons on Fox News tell me how brilliant Trump is while blaming Obama for everything that goes wrong. It's beyond idiotic.

I watch QBs make bad decisions every week. I guarantee you there are a number of QBs who make that throw because they believe they are that good to complete it.

Let’s not ignore the blatantly obvious pass interference that was not called either.

Ummm we are talking about the fact that there weren't multiple plays coming after the review, we can talk about each as a separate thing.

The throw was a TD if not for the PI.

Even when they signal the WR and the defenders point to the WR so as to say it's going to him?

Johnny Manziel isn't dumb enough to throw that pass. I will give Ben the benefit of the doubt in that the request to put Haley in time out means that he is intimidated by him ,and that the thought of a sideline scene could have caused anxiety in him and everything that followed.

If that is the case then Haley has to go. We have his offense in place, and Ben can run it for a few years till we can bring in a real system QB that can really exploit it to it's utmost. Ben has too many weaknesses in his game, the talent around him is making him look far better than he is.....think Kurt Warner.

This offense under an Alex Smith type would be putting up ridiculous numbers, it wouldn't sputter for stretches.

Dumbest post ever, so you're saying Alex Smith is a better QB? Hahaha. No point talking to you anymore

WTF....this might just be the dumbest post ever made on this board...not a big shock coming from the Elftard himself, but that is seriously some of the dumbest **** ever written on this board.

In Haley's system yes. Now they've worked miracles with the Big Dummy don't get me wrong, but those glaring weaknesses still show up in the red zone, in the dumb sacks, and the even dumber throws.

Look at the Pats system with Matt Cassel while Brady was out. They just hummed along to 11-5.....It's not who is the better athlete it's who is the smarter guy in the system and the system itself

Ben is not that guy anywhere, he's a sandlot QB that has benefited from the talent around him, and from being coached up to be serviceable , but NOT great in our system.

Just look at the low scoring at the beginning of the season, and when the O sputters because 7 is confused.

Of course it is to someone who doesn't understand what they are reading , and doesn't understand the meaning of "type."
