Ben getting sick of Haley

So the "Big Dummy" won a Super Bowl in Whizzes O, then Arians O, and made another Super Bowl in Arians O, and this offense is humming now, but yeah it's nothing to do with him. The no huddle offense goes pretty well, when Ben is calling most of the plays, that's per AB in the Raven post game, have any of them won without Ben?
Ward, Holmes, Wallace, AB all put up big numbers with Ben, but it has nothing to do with Ben. Bell was on Pace for nearly 90 catches but nothing to do with Ben.
AB with Jones/vick for four games:
17 catches for like 240 yards in 2015. That comes out to 4 catches for 60 yards per game.
How about 2015 playoffs, no Bell or Brown at Denver who had the best D in the NFL, Ben threw for 300+ on them.

Yeah you're right it's just the talent around him, LOL. To much egg nog🙄

The Chiefs offense is not our offense....your point?

Come on, you can't be serious? You said the Steelers' offense wouldn't sputter with Smith at QB, yet the Chiefs' offense sputtered with Smith at QB. Keep pretending that they don't have weapons...Smith has 4,000 yards pass, Hunt has nearly 1,300 yards rushing, Hill nearly 1,200 yards receiving and Kelce over 1,000 yards receiving. That's a talented offense that sputtered with a guy you think could step in and do just as well, if not better than, Ben.

There is a reason why Elfie has negative karma. The football posts are starting to mirror the political ones.

By all means, keep bashing the #2 QB in the league...

Steelers have a top 5 O and a QB rated only behind shady. In the whole NFL. At this point ranking on Ben is just down right silly.

Smith over Ben? well now that's just insane, put down the crackpipe elfiero

If you want to go out and get a proven OC with championship experience, you go get one of two guys. Norv Turner and Charlie Weis. BOTH of them are brilliant offensive minds and both have won championships as OC.

...and both have coached-up hall-of-fame QBs

NO NO NO NO to the greatness that is Norvelle Turner. **** no. He had Aikman, Irvin, Smith, Moose, that OL, etc. Ain't done **** since except get fired from jobs.

What I have gathered from Elfiero's posts is that Elfiero believes that Haley is incapable of tailoring an offense to work with the strengths and abilities of his players. He has put in a "cookie-cutter" or "system" offense which any idiot, like Alex Smith can run with moderate success. However, Haley with talented running backs, receivers and QBs at his disposal is incapable of moderating his simplistic offense to better use the players he has.

Got ya Elfiero and I can't honestly say I disagree. Haley lacks imagination. He did do a great job for some time of getting Ben to take fewer sacks. I'm grateful for that, but I agree with you, he should NEVER be allowed to call any plays as he isn't able to adjust to the skill players he has.

Nice analysis there. I didn't expect that from you, honestly.

I'm starting to think Munchak and not Haley, is the reason why Ben gets sacked less...

This, well and the fact that you cut down on sacks a lot when we throw the bubble screen with no blockers 3 out of every 10 passes, never mind that they net about one half of a yard.

Hey now. Sometimes a receiver will break it for 4 yards.
