Biden is in a catch 22. if he debates Trump he knows he's going to get destroyed. If he doesn't debate him he looks like a wimp.

Second, as we learned in 2016, the Dems have Superdelegates (the GOP has no such thing) whose votes override the regular delegates. Conceivably the plebes could nominate Biden and the Superdelegates could say, "Nah, we don't think so" and say F you and nominate Hildebeast or Koomo, or whoever and 80% of the Dim sheep would vote for them anyway because Orange Man Bad.

I think things were slightly tweaked this year where the superdelegates come into play only if no candidate reaches the clinching number...I could be wrong, but i had heard they aren’t part of the first vote

Superdelegates were changed last year. Biden will have more than enough to win outright. Bernie dropped out so it's all over with now. Biden is your nominee.

The dude is suffering dementia. My dad - one of the smartest people I have ever known - lived until age 90. Because he was so smart, he could fake it when he began suffering Alzheimer's symptoms at age 86. He was aware, conversant until the end, but I saw the signs of creeping Alzheimer's: forgetting family names, mistaken recollections, occasional confusion, rare (for him) irritability, occasional anger (stemming from his difficulty remembering things).

Biden exhibits 5 out of 5. His meandering, erroneous memory trips are not lies; he simply does not know any better. He is prone to anger at auto workers or guys at his rallies (pushup contest, step outside, etc.) due to his failing memory and the emotional symptoms that accompany the loss of thought process.

Biden is nowhere near as smart as my dad was and is therefore unable to mask the symptoms nearly as well or of as long. But make no mistake: The dude is suffering dementia.

I think he is. The (D)ims cannot simply replace him at this point, so the plan is to have the dementia-ridden Biden hidden away until after the election, then replace him very soon thereafter for some fictional medical reason. (Dims cannot simply admit that Biden was suffering dementia, despite the strong evidence of that point, because ... well, it would show how disgusting they are.)

Coronavirus has saved Biden from being in debates and public appearances, where he provides growing evidence of his advancing dementia.

I don't understand how any concerned citizen, whether conservative or liberal, could, in good conscience, vote for this feeble man. He shouldn't be elected dog catcher.

I am thinking more and more that the Democratic Party wants Joe Biden to be the man who gets elected exactly because he is feeble minded and weak.
