Bring on the ravens

That sucks for you man! Sorry!
I'm not upset. If this is the future of football, so be it. I'm just going to have to get used to seeing less and less games. I'm just happy the NFL is getting paid.

I have a feeling it’s gonna be a bad day to be a beer in my house Saturday night.

I hope the Super Bowl isn't on Prime or Peacock this year. I would hate to miss the Steelers hoisting #7.

I hope the steelers win but if not, I'd like to see them get blown out and embarrassed. Force change.

If they do win, I'd actually consider this a successful season. I'd say the best anybody expected preseason was the steelers get a wildcard and maybe win 1 game. If they can also end the Ravens season, then it's at least a positive end even when they get blown out in a later round.

The Steelers got blown out and embarrassed by the Bills last year. The only eventual change it forced was a contract extension for the head coach.

The Steelers can't win this game unless the Ratbirds & Jackson completely implode with 3 or more turnovers!

I expect Derrick Henry to run all over the Steelers Defense as they have shown the Rats they are soft in the middle of that Defense! He will have 200+ yds rushing!

It's going to be ugly but I'll still root for my Steelers but this team has 3 problems preventing their sucess.....Mike Tomlin, Arthur Smith & Teryl Austin!

Time for Change!

While it may seem like eons ago ,on November 17 the Steelers beat the Ravens. Someone on this site posted a link to a Ravens Forum that I went to. The meltdown was epic, with pretty well everyone calling Harbaugh an idiot and calling for him and the OC to get fired. To a person they were yapping about how Tomlin and the Steelers owned them. What a difference 6 weeks makes eh? Let’s not throw in the towel quite yet. I’m not saying I’ll put any money on the Steelers. But I’d like to think there’s a smidgeon of a chance.

Blown out?!
You mean the playoff game that was a one score game with 6 minutes left with a third string QB?!!
Yeah, the one that was 21-0 and going on 24-0 late in the second quarter before the Steelers got a lucky blocked field goal and scored a TD before halftime. Did you ever get the impression that they were actually in that game?

Maybe you've been infected with TNLSS, and a 14-point loss in a game that they never had a realistic shot to win really doesn't seem so bad to you.

Think that would force change?

Not so sure…

they fired Canada and got rid of Kenny and Dionte Johnson. Brought in a big free agent, Queen. It also appears Tomlin has very little say in the draft now. Those are pretty big changes for the steelers.

If they get blown out this year, i think OL coach is gone, the DC might be gone. Russ is gone. Najee gone. Pickens possibly traded. They'd likely stick with Arthur Smith. I do think there will be some changes.

Yeah. Sure, they'll make some moves that would seem important at first glance, yet mean very little when the head coach remains the same. Just insert the next round of nameless gray faces, and see what really changes -- nothing.

Doesn’t matter how it starts it was a 7 point game with 6 minutes to go

Personally, I think the Ravens are a better matchup for the Steelers based on their past history against the team and Jackson. The games are usually competitive, which at least gives the team a chance. Jackson has also had some pretty mediocre games against the Steelers defense. The Steelers won the first game and the last game was a one possession game in the 4th until a couple of poor plays allowed the Ravens to extend the lead.

Based on Tomlin's record against teams like the Texans, where you would think the Steelers should win, they come out flat and usually lose. I think the team will come out ready to play against the Ravens and have a decent chance to win the game.

Will they win? It seems like the wheels have completely come off once again late in the year. Tomlin seems to struggle when it comes to fixing this stuff when it goes bad in the locker room and on the field during the season, or making in-game adjustments. That said, I expect the rivalry to have the Steelers ready to play and I expect the score to be close in the 4th. Tomlin needs to remove himself from the offensive side and possibly the defensive side as well if his micromanaging on both sides has helped to contribute to the team's overall performance the past four weeks.

God bless you, then. Fool's gold. TNLSS.

And how did you feel 2 minutes later, with 4 minutes left in the game, after the Bills had marched right down the field and went up by 14? Did you still think that they were in the game?
