Can you be arrested for flipping the bird?

Personally, I don't look for trouble, BUT, you shouldn't be allowed to be arrested for this. Cops think it's illegal for you to not have ID. That is bull ****.

No law says you must have an ID, just a driver's license if driving and that's it. (Or boarding a plane).

And the cops wonder why there is HUGE distrust of them. This guy may very well have been a dick, but those cops escalated this to their own benefit.


BTW - you can be arrested for anything, or nothing. The cops have the power at any time, and the supposed "good cops" just turn a blind eye, making them worse than the bad ones. Cops used to be there to "Protect & Serve". Today they are there to harass, intimidate and control.
