Charlie Kirk shot from a distance, direct hit

You’re like the guy in the crowd that jumped around and cheered Charlie’s murder and then said “hey now, I’m a father so don’t come after me. “. 🤡

An absolutely stupid and ignorant comment, Kentucky. Pointing out false narratives and overreactions on the board have nothing to do with my views on Charlie Kirk's tragic murder.

For that, you'd have to read what I wrote earlier in the thread, but clearly facts and truth mean little to you.

It's truly painful how dumb and desperate you are. So now you're pulling random posts off my TwitterX page to try to made some harebrained point here on the Steeler Nation message board? A post that has zero reference to Charlie Kirk, and has absolutely nothing to do with Charlie Kirk? You, sir, have spiraled into madness.

I am glad you follow me on social media, it's an honor. For your information, only a single post of mine on Sept 10th has anything at all to do with Charlie Kirk's assassination.

No, it wasn't my post about Charles Darwin being ill-tempered in the mid-19th century, nor my post on Swiss painter Luigi Monteverde, highlighting some of his paintings, nor my post featuring nature photography from a forest near the Rhine river in Brohl, Germany, nor the colorful, high resolution photograph of the Pamir Mountains in Tajikistan.

I can assure you, none of those posts on September 10th were concerning the sad, tragic passing of Charlie Kirk.

The single post that I wrote on the subject, having chosen to completely steer clear of commenting on it, was this one. Have a lovely day, Tim.

So you said Charlie was evil here. Classy guy. Same as every liberal out there. Passive aggressive and holier than thou.

“He has an excuse for executing him but oh snap I wish he hadn’t done it!” 🤡

Man, it's tough to keep up with you Mensa candidates. Please point out specifically where I said, "Charlie was evil." I'll wait.

If you support Charlie Kirk, then you ain't black, man.
Not sure I would qualify the video with your statement, as a Black Republican. I'm a Christian first and I do not always agree with what a person, regardless of their political beliefs, says.

My problem with those in leadership - you CANNOT say one thing today and something else later or previously of that comment just to sway the voters.

We've talked and proved, at nauseum, why African Americans shifted support from the Republican party to the Democratic party. The real problem is FINDING REAL LEADERS TO LEAD THIS COUNTRY WITHOUT HIDDEN AGENDAS.

That, my friend, is what WE should be supporting...

Been off this board for a while, and plan to keep it that way.

You're right, Booted, I've overstayed my welcome. Just wanted to pass on my condolences on Charlie Kirk, may he Rest in Peace. 🕯️

Enjoy your echo chamber.

I know what color you are.

You clearly compared him to evil and then said shooting evil doesn’t solve evil. Coincidences don’t exist.

You people are ignorant and think you can spin your way out of anything. Oh and funny to see you clicking refresh 50 times per minute and rapid fire posting after you said this place eas beneath you. Are you ever honest about anything? Closet liberals never are so I have my answer.

Democrats???

Oh, I see, you're taking Dr. Martin Luther King's quote against violence from nearly six decades ago, and putting your own spin on it. Got it.

You don't have to point it out.
Why? I haven't read the whole thread but, trust me, I could find 18 posts that depict and support the standards and beliefs of a White Republican(s).

Doesn't seem like that's fair to ask me not to use my freedom of speech, eh???

No, YOU put your’e spin on it while his body was still warm.

Youre all the same. Just like Ilhan Omar….. you disingenuously give sympathy while explaining why he deserved it out the other side of you mouth. Have fun gaslighting. See ya.

I didn't ask you not to say you're black, you poor little victim.
You said, "as a Black Republican". And I said I know what color you are. You don't have to tell us, on this board, that you're black. We know.
Everything you say is as a black man. Announce it all you want. I just say it's unnecessary.

Liberals and liars that say they arent Liberal quickly escalate someone that has a different outlook on life as “evil, Nazi’s and fascists”. Petulant children, basically.

Good. I'm glad you got the point.

I'm truly saddened by the actions of the shooter and by the things I've read in this thread up to this post. I had to stop here because I said it long ago - things will get worse and we should not question why and how we got here because it is quite obvious.

This country was built on the backs of immigrants and the idealogy of freedom for all, but that's not real. Money and power changed that and unfortunately a select group of people prospered and continue to prosper all while evading the taxes and struggles of the every day American.

This topic cannot go on without the reality of hate. It's not about left or right. It's about hate because someone doesn't look like the reflection in the mirror. Shocker - this has been going on for thousands of years. Information about others had been taught (and still is being taught) in our homes. It creates fear about others and quite frankly it is that great racial divide that will never be conquered.

I'm absolutely sure that my comments will not be viewed as helpful on the topic and I accept that. My point is and always will be is - do not be surprised by events like this. WE caused it long ago. And until WE realize that WE is what makes this this country and not I or ME - then, I suggest that you read the books of Daniel and Revelations from a Bible---I for one will continue pray for this country and it's people and leadership...
Sorry but respectfully I don’t know what this incident has to do with hate for people of other races. The vast majority of people in this country don’t hate people because of their race. Charlie Kirk did not, as far as I have ever heard, hate people because of their race. He had views that DEI initiatives actually harm the people they’re intended to help, which is true in some cases. Aside from being blatant racial discrimination. He had views against ILLEGAL immigration, which again doesn’t make someone a racist. The fomenting of racial hatred (towards white people) that was instigated by Obama and continues in today’s woke ideology has not served people of any race well. This is the greatest country on earth for people of all races…we have had a black president, have black and Hispanic congresspeople, mayors and governors, celebrities, lawyers, businesspeople, etc etc etc. Anyone who wants to succeed in this country, works hard and has the ability can. You are evidence of that yourself from what I’ve seen. Do racists still exist? Of course. But they are a small fringe not a systemic part of the culture as some would have us believe.

I found this. I've never heard of Mr. Kirk but your comment raised my interest on "freedom of speech". Let's just say that Berm would not be happy with most of this, if true:

Charlie Kirk in his own words: ‘prowling Blacks’ and ‘the great replacement strategy’ | Charlie Kirk shooting | The Guardian https://share.google/ubBZBkrgSVCEoOQKe
All of these quotes are taken out of context. The pilot one, for example, was in the context of a discussion around the fact that DEI initiatives mean some people are hired to meet racial quotas, rather than being the most qualified candidate for a job. Which is just factually true. He wasn’t arguing that black people can’t be qualified to be pilots, he was arguing that DEI causes people to question their qualifications.

Ok. Maybe they were but it's in the ether and it's hard to wrap DEI around most of those.

Responding to your response about hate here.

I appreciate the debate but we cannot just zoom in on the event without looking at the entire picture. True or false? I vote true and here's why...

Since, we, as Republicans (I won't throw my color in here lest @Booted get offended), believe in God and His wonderful works - let's go back to the beginning of time. God created the Earth and everything on it and called it 'good'. Adam and Eve failed to follow the simple instruction of not eating the fruit from one tree, the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and subsequently, they were booted (see what I did there) out of the Garden of Eden and then their eldest son Cain - killed Able because of HATE.

Long story short, every mishap since the disobedience of Adam and Eve is because of sin. When we knowingly sin - we hate God and His commandments for us. Plain and simple. Connect the dots.

Again, I will give you and Charlie's supporters the benefit of doubt that his comments were taken out of context. I also made it clear that the act of killing him was senseless and unwarranted...

Perhaps we should look at how our dishonest media likes to twist people’s words and try to dig up and portray hate and racism where there is none.

Respectfully, I think he meant that it doesn't matter what color or political party you support. Being real, agreeing to discuss, open to other views, sharing the grieving that so many feel...

it's your right, but I think your posts in the past couple pages are the only ones in this thread that seek to mention color.
