Christmas Day Games Thread

4 picks. a
as I was typing almost 5

Ravens win tonight and next week, I don’t think they have anything to play for in the last week vs us.
Problem with this is we need Miami to have a shot at the #1 seed when they play buffalo in the last game. I could not find many scenarios where if Buffalo beats Miami we can still make it in.

So Tomlin stays as they win 8, 9 or 10 games. Think they are capable of really competing with these types of teams playing this level.

Last time I looked we only have one division loss still. Some teams are a very bad match up for us, others I think we can compete with. KC is very beatable. They have a weak running game, bad Oline, and no WRs. We have beat the Ravens once that game could go either way. I think we are a horrible matchup against Miami and would probably get destroyed. Jax has not looked good lately. We already got crushed by the Colts and Texans, but the Browns would be another winnable game. I would just rather see us make the playoffs than not, regardless of the outcome.

Steelers win out.
Jacksonville takes a loss or tie in the next two games.
Both Houston and Indy don't finish with a 10 win season. (One of them can, but not both. And since they play each other it's not possible for them both to).
*This information was gleaned from another site. Since we can't post links to other sites, I won't say the name, which rhymes with repo.

If Miami have a shot at number 1 seed when they play Buffalo it means Ravens will still be playing for the number 1 seed when they play the Steelers.

Also if Miami lose to Baltimore and Kansas win next week, I believe Miami are still playing for the number 2 seed against Buffalo as I think Kansas would hold the tie breaker if Miami lose out and Kansas win out.

They’ll be playing Buffalo for the division in that game, they’ll have more than enough to play for.

If you are a Ravens fan, you must be feeling good right about now. I think I remember that feeling.

That Lamar contract dispute seems like it was a long time ago.

I live near Baltimore. it is all everyone except me was talking about for 2 years. Sometimes I hate where I live.

Anyone think the Travis Swift nonsense has anything to do with the Chiefs lackadaisical play the last few weeks? Divided locker room possibly?

No definitely not. Kelce had some of his best games when it was getting really crazy. If teams take away Kelce they don't have much left. The KC D has been much better than the offense all year

Jax plays Carolina and Tenn. Both are not very good, but Lawrence is banged up and Jax hasn't looked too great lately. It is also impossible for Indy and Houston to both have 10 win seasons since they play each other the last week.

Just beat the Seahawks. All the focus in the building in Pitt should be focused on getting the Packers in the playoffs.

The Packers will take care of the Vikings and Bears the next 2 weeks, but do your 1 job Steelers.

I can't even have an avatar on this forum, the least you could do is make sure Watt(Packers fan from Wisconsin) and crew beat Seattle.

It's been on my mind since we beat the Bengals, beat the Seahawks to help out Green Bay.

If you define Lamar as terrible ......... what would you call Mitch T

Really really terrible?

I tell you that OC in ratland has really done a good job with Lamar.

Amazing what a good coach can do...
