Clinton invites families of blacks killed by police to speak at convention

Philly police are pissed. I'm glad she's doing that. Maybe people will start to see how these liberals work...nah.

Philadelphia’s police union is blasting Hillary Clinton for inviting relatives of victims of police shootings to speak at the Democratic National Convention next week, but failing to include relatives of slain police officers.

John McNesby, president of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5, said the union was “shocked and saddened” by the planned choice of speakers at the convention, which opens Monday in Philadelphia.

“The Fraternal Order of Police is insulted and will not soon forget that the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton are excluding the widows and other family members of police officers killed in the line of duty who were victims of explicit and not implied racism,” Mr. McNesby said in a statement.

He said it’s “sad that to win an election Mrs. Clinton must pander to the interests of people who do not know all the facts, while the men and women they seek to destroy are outside protecting the political institutions of this country.

“Mrs. Clinton, you should be ashamed of yourself, if that is possible.”

The Dem party has become simply a collection of grievance groups all wanting something from the government. And if one group's desires conflict with another group's desires, the Dems will still promise both of them what they want and they'll be dumb enough to believe it. Just wait for the United Mine Workers to endorse Hildebeast after she promised to put them out of work.

Over on the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders gave a 23-minute speech at a conference last week after he endorsed Hillary Clinton, but he didn't mention her by name. Though people had a pretty good idea who he was referring to when he mentioned "Moneybags McPantsuit."

'Black Lives Matter' movement arrives in Israel

A delegation from the radical “Black Lives Matter” movement arrived in Israel last week to promote what the group called “the fight for dignity, justice and freedom”. During the trip to Israel, the BLM delegation participated in a raucous anti-Israel protest in the Samarian village of Bilin, near Modi’in Illit.

Two Arab protesters were taken into custody during the event, the Bethlehem-based Ma’an reported. The BLM delegation in Israel highlighted the movement’s international goals, expressing its opposition to what it described as the “genocide” of Palestinian Arabs at the hands of “Zionist vigilantes”, as well as capitalism, and the “occupation” of Palestine
