Colbert or Tomlin whoever has the final say needs to go

Of course they do. We only go by arrows around here. So im guessing after missing the playoffs for two years and now making it the arrow is swinging upward.

From where we were prior to 2010, the arrow is way way down in my book.

as i said before, I think Tomlin is a good coach, horrible at talent evaluation and in game adjustments.

How are you a good coach if you are horrible at identifying talent and in game adjustments? That is the definition of anything but....

it think he knows the X's and O's and the players seem to want to play hard for him, but when his game plan isn't working he can't adjust.
when is the last time Belicheat made a big time draft pick? I think people still consider him a good caoch.

Unprepared the most used word on here that no one here can prove.
you maybe right on that, but you watched our games vs some of those ****** teams, we looked like we could care less if we were there, and the other team looked like they were in a playoff game. that's part of the coaches job to make sure the team is prepared. I've heard Tomlin this year on the mike tomlin show say he doesn't have to say anything to his team to get them ready for lesser teams.

Of course it is. Wouldnt expect anything else

and away we go again. I'm just so, so negative. The praise I've heaped upon certain players and coaches this year? My defense of some of Tomlin's in game decisions? Nah. None of that **** counts, because I dare question our dear leader. About whom you have NO criticisms whatsoever. Talk about unbiased! I wonder what Tomlin's parents think of his coaching.

Let's see. The defense has tumbled off a cliff, awful pass rush, awful secondary, awful special teams, red zone offense is still bad, destroyed at home by the Ravens in the playoffs. You're right. I see the light. We are actually one of the league's best teams.

To me the word is overused. Steelers punt on the first drive. Unprepared. Defense gives up points on the opening drive unprepared. Lose to a bad team wasnt rah rah enough thru the week unprepared.

Were the Patriots unprepared tonight down 14-0? When the Chiefs whipped their *** on Monday were they unprepared? Just used too much IMO.

Tomlin shouldnt have to get the team up against lesser teams. These guys are professionals. Not babies. Any given sunday is enough motivation..

So at two .500 seasons and no playoffs, to eventually win 11 games and the division title the VERY NEXT SEASON, it still points downward ? Elaborate...i wanna hear this ****** ****. (excuse my garage formal grammar)

Is your scale broken or what...

Yet we continue to lose to the worst teams in the league year in and year and and your man says he says nothing to the players about it,sums up his coaching ability to me.

I don't think our team is good enough to go 11-5 again, is what I mean. I think we were an 8-8 team that got hot and wound up with a record that doesn't reflect our quality. I see no pass rush, no secondary, an iffy at best front seven, and an inconsistent offense.

What units are stronger now than in 2007?

Well i think the last two 8-8 teams werent really 8-8 teams. They were really 12-4 teams who had bad luck and injuries smh.

Totally. Very unlucky to lose to the worst teams in football and implode against the mediocre ones during the playoff races.

So the Packers ince winning the super bowl have only one playoff win. Interesting. Hopefully they get the second today.

Didn't realize the Packers were relevant to us in any way

Their fanbase is huge that is similar.
They have a solid O ans a iffy D that is similar.
They have a storied NFL history, that is similar.

I dunno (shrugs)

But they have the greatest QB in the history of football and we have a bum at QB.

I always did think it funny that when Arians took over the O he cut out the FB position, spouting nonsense about it having no role in these modern offenses... one of the guys we lost was Kuhn, who has gone on to have a pro bowl career with Green Bay in some fantastic offenses, and who has shown he can run the ball when needed too. One of the more glaring roster mishaps of late... yet people still lament us parting ways with Arians, whose offensive expertize led Arizona to being the only team in the playoffs with a bottom 10 offense and defense....

Was that "big" Brett, or the much photoed "little" Brett?

Salute the nation

On my viewpoint as I has said this in numerous threads. Arians showed to be a better head coach than OC. Usually we see the opposite.

I think you throw a good QB on that team and Arizona would make some waves...........

Until they get hurt because Arians does not protect his quarterbacks.

Does anyone really believe we will go 11-5 next year. We have to find a defensive coach, need defensive players, get a head coach that can have the team prepared in games we should win.
