Pretty sure Franklin has no confidence in Allar and maybe for good reason

Allar is gonna have to step up big. WR’s too. ND is going to sell out to stop the run. Play action and good throws have to be the recipe.
 
Penn State has to adjust to diffuse the pressure. ND adjusted. Penn State hasn’t.
