No dice: The Communist party used its newspaper to deliver a message to President Obama before his historic visit to Havana later this month that it would not change policies as a result of his visit.

Cuba said it would welcome President Barack Obama to Havana later this month, but the Communist government had no intention of changing its policies in exchange for normal relations with the United States.

In a long editorial on Wednesday in Communist Party newspaper and other official media, Cuba demanded Washington cease meddling in its internal affairs

They have restored diplomatic ties, and Obama has relaxed a series of trade sanctions and travel restrictions, leading Republican opponents and even some of the president's fellow Democrats to question whether Washington was offering too much without any reciprocation from Havana.

How long before they begin missile testing?

Caribbean islands are some of the few places we have healthy trade surpluses. Who cares how they govern themselves, let them buy our products and
create jobs. I visit Jamaica frequently and their grocery stores are dominated by US products.

I have no problem with President Trump building a hotel and casino in Havana. He could get a much better deal than Barry, though.

If you want to defeat the Castros, figure out a way to get smart phones in the hands of every Cuban.

An even easier way, get guns and ammo in every Cuban Hand.

Obama will fly to Havana, Cuba, for an historic official state visit next week. The U.S. president will meet with both Cuba's president Raul Castro along with the Cuban Revolutionary Council. Diplomats agree this trip is an important first step toward Cuba obtaining nuclear weapons.

A co worker of mine is Cuban. His dad fought in the bay of pigs, a poorly organised attack where a 1,500 exiled Cubans has the cojones to risk heir lives to take back their country from Castro. Opposing them was an army of 200,000 men.

Hard to phantom these days. You'd like to see more of it vs ISIS.
