I am sure plenty of Alabama Hospitals have extremely low staffing levels and small ICU units that are normally 90% occupied anyway so this isn't anything all that crazy. What is crazy is that you just posted anecdotal proof the vaccines are not as effective as you say. They most certainly don't stop the spread at all!

Look, we know certain vaccines were probably going to fade in effectiveness not because of cases but because of lab results that say they have seen to date… even then the idea that it would be gone in three to six months has pretty much been dismissed…

michigan just said it would take natural antibodies into account tge same as vaccinated ones because the science says they work and are likely more adaptable to variants… that’s reasonable… I don’t discourage people from getting vaccinated but I really question the intelligence of pushing unknown long term variables on an entire population… i still think we need diversity in the types of vaccines we are using

I spoke to a work colleague in Australia yesterday and she isn't allowed to travel more than 5Km from her home. She can't see her parents, siblings, or friends and she is relegated to just one grocery store, which is small, and it's having trouble keeping the shelves stocked. Horrible situation in that country.

Australia has about 8 people per square mile… there is no logical rational reason for what they are doing… there are only a handful of places that are dense enough for transmission issues and most of them are probably near saturated with natural immunity already

I say this having been fully vaccinated....if I had contracted COVID-19, I wouldn't get the Vax either. There's no need. We used to be put together as kids when one kid got chicken pox so we'd all catch it. Why? To gain immunity. This is the first disease in my lifetime where natural immunity is not only ignored, but ridiculed. It's ridiculous.

Okay. But I think at some point - God, at SOME POINT - even the most obstinate will begin to wonder what is really going on here. I mean, 85% of those over 65 are fully vaccinated, 75% of adults are vaccinated, millions have natural immunity, but all we hear - every day, every minute - is the accusation, "The unvaccinated are responsible!"

Why? Seriously, what is really going on? The more who get vaccinated, the more wind up with the Chinese flu. The vaccine cult insists the vaccines are amazing, but demand that the other 20% or whatever get the miracle shot. They threaten jobs, and travel, and housing for those who don't follow the order to get vaccinated.

So how do we explain the hysteria over the unvaccinated? Simple: Biden promised to "end the pandemic," and is failing miserably because it's a goddamn virus and won't listen to creepy old men or incompetent cacklers. So time to make a fictional enemy: The unvaccinated, a bunch of Trump supporters, goddamn white supremacists!!

When in fact the highest percentage of unvaccinated by far are African-Americans, and the vaccine refusal has nothing - IT HAS NO GODDAMN THING - to do with party affiliation.

We are seeing absolute, complete gaslighting and propaganda. I wish some would take a breath and ask a few reasonable questions, such as:

• Why are cases exploding when the vaccination rates for the available population are 75% or higher?
• Why are those who are vaccinated so fearful of the unvaccinated, since the vaccine is so wonderful?
• What is really going on with the threats and demands?
• Why is Sloppy Joe lying about who is unvaccinated? To what end?
• Why aren't 375,000 infected illegals crossing the Southern border a worry, and indeed are encouraged to do so?

None of this makes sense until you step back and look at the situation as having nothing to do with a virus, and everything to do with control, and power, and propaganda.

I missed the cause, I am human. Sounds like Alabama has a lot staff shortage. Like everywhere. It is easy to have the ICU full when you don't have enough nurses. ICU's are paying ridiculous bonuses to keep running, not because the don't have enough beds but because they don't have employees. y wife was looking at the offerings last night as she is now officially an RN. Triple time plus a $500 for working a 4th shift is pretty common right now, double time plus 50 an hour. It is crazy and it is because they can't find enough nurses. A third of local nurses quit here due to the mandates. More quit because they are short staffed and put their license in Jeopardy by having to many patients. That is the national emergency not Covid. The push for expanded medicare and universal coverage will just totally destroy the whole system as they will have to further reduce pay and have more patients. The left is pushing towards healthcare Armageddon.

The mask is virtually worthless and the vaccine is as well as far preventing the spread. If you are vaccinated why the **** would you need to worry? You can still get it from a vaccinated person? The vaccine is creating vaccine resistant strains as it doesn't prevent spread or infection from occurring AND it allows you to have it and not feel bad as often thereby increasing the likelihood you go spreading it around more. I would say the vaccinated are as big a danger or more.
