Derek Chauvin Trial

As people have pointed out, a black man or woman has every opportunity to succeed in this country today if they want to put in the work. The narrative that is pounded into the minds of young blacks that they are oppressed and don't have the same opportunities as whites is a poison that should be stopped. This very system that oppresses minorities also oppresses whites. I have cousins who wont get married because it would impact them financially. Healthcare, education, food, utilities assistance all goes away if they tie the knot. It's not systemic RACISM, it's systemic SOCIALISM.

And the Democratic party isn't done yet. Why work when the government programs can pay you more? Restaurants are now closing for days because they have no-one willing to work. "Well, Mr Business...pay them more money and they'll come back to work" That isn't Marxist theory at all, nah.
Great post sir..

Not only is it Marxist....it is also accomplishing their agenda of higher minimum wage throughout the country without legislation...

Democrats play to win....even when you think their not paying attention..

blacks were nearly on par with whites in the middle class before the “Great Society”.
Black wealth was 55% of White wealth in 1960, how is that even close? The fact that the gap is only widening shows the impacts of the Democratic policies over generations. You asked for a law or policy and I provided one. Sure, it was redacted 53 years ago but we can't expect the impacts to go away in short order either.

Great news. (y) #blacklivesmatter

washingtonpost Derek Chauvin abused his authority as a police officer when he pressed his knee into George Floyd’s neck until he went limp and treated him with “particular cruelty,” qualifying him for a longer prison sentence, a judge said.

In a ruling made public Wednesday, Hennepin County District Judge Peter A. Cahill found state prosecutors had proved beyond a reasonable doubt four of five aggravating factors in Floyd’s killing that they argued should result in a tougher prison sentence for the former Minneapolis police officer.

Although a jury found Chauvin guilty on all three charges he was facing, Minnesota law dictates he will face sentencing only on the most serious charge: second-degree murder. State sentencing guidelines on that charge recommend 11 to 12 years in prison for someone with no criminal history.

But prosecutors last fall and again last month asked Cahill for what is known as an “upward sentencing departure,” citing several factors they argued should open Chauvin up to a maximum of 40 years in prison.

correction:

Black people matter
Black Lives Matter, the organization? not so much

two entirely separate things. but you know that, even when trolling.

Yeah that’s a bullshit number like the gender wage gap. If you go back and compare black middle class to white middle-class the difference was only a few percentage points.

Tibtard, watch and learn you leftist, Marxist *****:

We have a system where elected officials make the laws, and judges and LEOs take an oath to enforce them.
For courts to ignore these laws, and impose arbitrary penalties is a dangerous slope that should be condemned.

Yet, we have dullards, like this poster, who applauds that which deconstructs the Republic. And we have rogue courts that will support it. We are in big trouble.

Which tells everyone about their true motives. Liberals don't care about the rule of law or the constitution but only "any means necessary" to punish what they don't like. They are like children. Either this is a constitutional republic with laws necessary to those ends or it's a liberal banana republic where laws only mean something when they agree with them. It's pathetic to watch.
