So here’s a question for you. Would you bring him back next year on a team friendly contract? League min, tiny if any bonus, maybe throw some incentives in. He doesn’t have to be our #1 but as a #2 and stop gap for a rookie he might be worth a minimal cash risk. And it might be worth it for him because if he has a decent season he can probably earn one last good contract in the NFL.

NOT a chance, but why was he excused from team activities…… you know, like your thread title states…….

EDIT: maybe this is a “click bait” thread ?

He’s mad he isn’t part of the offense. Asked for a release but Ravens know we need a wr so denied his request. Then they agreed to excuse him from team activities but will continue to pay him.

It would be one of the dumbest things the Steelers could do. Window licking dumb.🤣

The most unintelligent football fan has spoken. So now I’m 100% on board with bringing him back.

He spoke when he created the thread. Yeah bring a headcase back to disrupt chemistry.

Dumbfu!k

🤣

Stick to tipping cows in Wisconsin you suck as a GM patch.

So why wasn't this in your original thread starting post?

No need to answer as because I've got your routine response memorized

No. End thread.

Maybe Kenny Pickett will throw a touchdown to Roman Wilson with Troy Fautanu blocking the blindside. It would take forever to go through every single time you were wrong. At least your being correct list is short.
1. Nothing
2. Never
3. Ever

You are off subject. Your assessment of me almost sucks as much as your created threads and GM skills.

How is that red nose career backup doing?

You are a legend in your own mind , I can’t wait for the next dumbarse thread you create.😅

They don't want to release because they think he might help Pitt (not that they woukd take him). What the Steelers should have done with that RB that ended up in NE.
Yeah they screwed the pouch on Blount. Just a hard scenario because you don’t want them being cancerous to team chemistry. But at least Blount was showing production. DJ has shown little in his last two stops. I think he is ready for the fork.

Here’s a fun question. Between AB and DJ who would yinz rather bring back if you were forced to?

AB was more talented but more disruptive. DJ not quite as talented as AB but wasn’t as disruptive.

I’d go with AB for a year.
That is like giving me two burnt pieces of toast and asking me to choose.

If I had to I mean had to choose I would take the AB burnt offering.

😅

At this point I would have entertained Browns offer to play. I would bring him in for the rest of they year, even Drops if he was released. It’s painfully obvious that Austin is at best a #3 and everyone else is a #4 or lower.

I think Brown could hold it together for at least 1-2 months if told he had an opportunity for a longer contract after the season, (which I would not tell him was going to be a resounding NO). Same with Drops.

At this point, what do they have to lose?

Why would we want a player whose team is paying him not to play even though they are in need at his position?

Id probably take DJ back over AB. AB has been out of football for a while so he probably lost a few steps. I thought getting rid of DJ was a bad move, but the player we got has been good and DJ has caused problems for 2 teams now so I think it worked out for us

You should be able to keep a player home with pay. He is your employee.

A. If tge Ravens cut him after this week, tgey were trying to keep him away from us...

If they hold him into the offseason, they wanted the comp pick or to keep him off the chiefs or chargers
