The congressman, who is the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, told Fox News host Trey Gowdy the number has risen to 14 after the FBI raid at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort.

essentially half the voters in PA were absentee ballot.

No. In a state with a population of almost 13 million, there are a lot more than 2.8 million voters.

except in the link that your politifact link cites, there were 2.8 million voters who voted. not registered to vote. those who actually exercised the right.

They did use a sobpoena and Trump and his lawyers returned documents and advised the government everything had been returned. The problem that seem to happen was that someone close to Trump advised the government that everything was not returned. It would have to be a reliable source to get the warrant.

Speculation that they weren't looking for nuclear secrets but rather papers on the Crossfire Hurricane operation that would, you know, make Democrats look bad.

He is...or was the law.
All those records were declassified, by him, according to the law and the DOJ knew that. What you should be asking is why the DOJ wanted those records back so desperately when they knew where they were and all they had to do was ask for them. But that would have meant they would have to acknowledge their content, not so when they can be confiscated without oversight.

Trump claims he declassified all the documents at Mar-a-Lago. Even if that’s true, it probably doesn’t matter.

None of the three criminal laws cited in the search warrant turn on whether documents have been deemed to be classified.

Obviously he's not. People who are above the law don't normally have their houses raided.

Same can't be said for a number of your heroes on the left though. I mean, they can get a DUI stemming from a car wreck where the innocent party was injured, not have to show up in court, then get the judge tossed for a more friendly, democrat donor judge. All of this after making a stock purchase of a company your wife is about to hand millions in tax payer dollars to and claim to know nothing about it. Above the law, indeed.
